Uh . . . 50,000 years? The M31/Milky Way collision isn't going to take shape for another 3 billion. At that point the moon may have recessed enough to totally the tides over and destroy us, but humanity is doomed under its own volition in way less time than that.

well if your basing that off christian beliefs then you're wrong. According to the good book the world will be destroyed and a new earth will be made and jesus will be here for a thousand years then destroy it and go to heaven with all the saved. so read a f*cking bible. I for one don't think it will end anytime soon. But yes eventually it will. All things end.

no. because I could give a f*ck less about God and religion. I just grew up going to a Baptist Church and I've studied the Bible front to back. It's a great book with good stories. But my belief in it and faith in it is zip. So no not a hypocrite. ;}
