I going to say depending weather or not it's permitted where they do it, I'd call it ......Artistic Vandalism.

yeah, stuff that's well done like that last pic in the original post is really awesome looking & i would definitely call it art. tags just look like the neighborhood is junked up & dangerous tho.

Well it's vandalism in some cases but I know there are places near me that are legal to tag, I really don't like the s who do a little squiggle over a good piece and ruin it though.
