That really helps him, asswhipe. Here's what I would do, if I weren't so lazy. - Run on a treadmill for 30 mins or run around neighborhood/park
- Sit-Ups. 100 or so a night!
- Don't eat "shit". eat organic (ew i know) fruits and veggies.

Lots of sleeping pills.
But seriously, find some time in your day to run, work with weights, and overall stay active.
And don't eat fast food or anything else thats obviously unhealthy while you're working the fat off. Otherwise, you're wasting your time.

Please be more educated when giving replies. Doing 100 sit-ups is completely unnecessary Cardio is your best bet to help your metabolism

As long as you get your heart rate up you will burn calories. So do whatever you please to get your heart rate up whether it be riding a bike, jogging, etc.

I need some help as well. About lifting weights - if you lift about 60 pounds with 20 reps, will that burn fat from your arms or build muscle? I need some help on burning fat from my arms.

Walking and running are good exercise for the mid section.
When I actually had time, I was doing an hour daily on an elliptical machine, and it really burned a lot of fat quickly.
Situps are pretty unnecessary...

Actually, the recommended time for cardio per day is at least 40 minutes. Also sit-ups don't burn fat, they only build muscle. So you'd just be building up muscle underneath the fat that's there. And APS, if you lift heavy weights you're more bound to just build muscle mass, but more reps with lighter weights will help you gain muscle tone.

I'd do excersie daily. Maybe do 5 sets of 10 situps, Try walking or jogging around town, And eat good foods. Dont eat alot. Try and eat a nice lunch that's somewhat healthy and then eat dinner at night.
I only eat twice a day during the week, And maybe 3 times a day on the weekend. For a while there I started eating more fast food and it eventually got to me. I started getting dizzy, Felt sick, etc. Now, I just eat a healty lunch, And a somewhat healthy dinner and I feel good, And are keeping the pounds down. I excerise during the day, Usually I do 50-100 situps and some arm and leg stretches. I also do alot of walking and stuff like that.

To the original poster, don't listen to these guys saying do sit ups. That is completely irrelevant to what you're trying to accomplish. When you burn the fat off your midsection only then you start doing sit ups to have Ab definition.

Seeing as I am allergic to exercise and I wanted to drop a couple of pounds, I stopped snacking between meals COMPLETELY, ate salads and meat and drank loads of water, and I feel great for it and I'm losing weight aswel. Stay off the pop/soda.

Just don't eat or eat little. Fastest way.
Or you could eat salads and other healthy stuff with absolutely no soda.
