RKO Her/Him/It/Them is getting a bit old, as is Grow A Set.
(no homo) is probably the more common, but in the Jeff Hardy WWE Title threads, the most used is anything to do with TRW (Rambone)'s penis being either saved by Jeff not winning or being cut off of Jeff does win the belt.

TRW better enjoy watching Rambo with his penis, because next sunday it will be off.
But the Dark Knight fad was around for a while, and disappeared once everyone saw how awesome cloverfield was. Plus the (no homo) or the RKO things are meh.
There really is no current fad though. Except Rambo. So basically my fav. fad Ill go with (no homo)
