I can see Jordan, Ruth, Barry Sanders, Gretzky and Jim Brown as the top 5. Namath cant be the greatest athlete in history when he wasnt even the greatest Quarterback in History. Ill take Montana, Bradshaw, Staubach and probably Manning and Brady over Namath

Lance Armstrong The strongest athlete(mentally and physically) in American History. The requirement is TWO testicles Good one. The man may be missing a ball but his one contains more manliness than any other athlete I've ever seen. Jordan is second on my list. But it is hard to compare different sport athletes against each other. Armstrong is my number one greatest athlete of all time. Hand eye coordination is not a requirement. If that were the case we would have to let Pro Gamers on the list. Armstrong is a beast. Stamina is not all that goes into cycling. Strength,awareness, and pure guts. The Tour is the hardest sporting achievement to win multiple times and he did it 7 times. That is greatness. |
