Dont take this the wrong way; 100 percent honestly, a long, thought out mas*urb*tion fantasy will drain your energy and get you to sleep quickly and also will boost confidence. Wanna know something funny? This guy's 100% right...

Sometimes, I just can't sleep. Last night, I was up till 5 a.m. and had to be at work for 8 a.m.
Usually though, I just shut my tv off, and its over

I just reset my body clock. Usually i couldn't get to sleep, so one night i stayed up all night. I went to bed at 11PM the next day and fell straight asleep Woke up at 8AM and fell to sleep at 11PM again. I didn't stick to those exact times, but it helped me to get into a natrual sleeping cycle. i do this all the time like, every three days or so doin it today as a matter of fact, it is the only way to break a poor sleepin pattern. Usually TV on does it for me but recently i've just been playin master league on PES like a trojan and i keep gettin the just one more game syndrome.

^ Enough sigs, guy?
What I like to do is take two Excedrin PMs and see if I can jack off before I fall asleep.
Movie quote aside, in all seriousness I use Gravol. Pop two pills and an hour later I'm so drowsy all I want to do is find a bed. Over-the-counter and cheap.

Sleep?
Jokes, normally just lying there with 2 pillows and sheets pulled up does fine for me. Although i hate when its really quiet because you sometimes then start to hear more pronounced and exaggerated sounds. Things become more noticeable.

I always get up too late and therefore can't get to sleep that night until late. A bad circle.
Even when I do get up early I always end up falling asleep for an hour then I can't sleep when I actually go to bed.

As a good man once said to me, "Yeah Buddy!" Buddy, you more or less copied what I said. Didn't know you posted that. And I'm not your buddy. Well Im sorry for trying to maintain a positive image towards you, but it seems you are being hostile. I dont feel like fighting or being cyber bullied. And change your sig, its too wide and it ruins whole threads that you post in.
