Toys R Us has marked their 360 HD-DVD drives to $130 (not sure if this is a temporary mark down or not) but you can save an additional $20 -- on this or anything else on the site -- if you pay via PayPal.

I don't think it's advertising since it's not wrestling figs, and I don't think he is the CEO of TRU.
That's a good price. I got mine from Best Buy a few months ago with 3 free HD-DVD box sets and 5 free HD-DVD's, so I have to pass on this. But jump on this if you don't have an HD-DVD player. You could even take the enclosure off and slip this in your pc.

That sucks considering I just bought one about 2 days ago. Get it price matched. I bought one from Best Buy in October - 2 Free Movies, a Free Boxed set, and 5 Free DVD's by MIR.

I belong to a Canadian deals forum - if this was them, they'd tell you to threaten to return it until they gave you the difference. I dislike when some stores don't price-match - but it's all in their policy...

Take it back and tell them it's broken. Their exchange policy calls for them to only exchange stuff for the exact same item. That sucks. I'm format-neutral, to an extent. I've got a Blu-Ray Player (PS3) and the 360 HD-DVD attachment. I can see better quality on the Blu-Ray (even with the 360 being an HDMI connection.
