Mine would have to be something I haven't eaten in years. When I turned 18, I guess somehow a disease I had when I was little kicked back in (Crohn's) and now I can't have anything dairy. Well, seeing as that I'd be dying shortly after the meal, I'd want a Mamma's Pizza (a pizzashop in my hometown) with green peppers and chicken, and a giant bathtub full of Sprite. Haven't had soda in 10 years, due to my condition.

I would say this one dish called Gnochi Gorgonzola was simply refect. It was heaven. Most pasta's i have taste delicious but this one was off the hook. Incredible...

Hmm, I don't know. Probably as much White Castle as I could stuff my face with, because imagine all that poop they'd have to clean up!

a disease I had when I was little kicked back in (Crohn's) Seriously? I have suffered from Crohn's Disease since I was 9. I have had 3 relapses when I would get really sick. I take 7 tablets every morning and 2 every night. |

I guess it would either be a pizza from this joint I stopped at near Times Square when I was in NYC this year.
That and a Buffalo Chicken Fajita from Don Pablo's, those things are amazing.

A Large pizza from my favorite place called "Pizza N Pasta". Would probably wash it down with a tall glass of Coke.

Ive never understood why someone would get a load of fat and wash it down with a diet coke...Maybe in your case you just like coke zero, iono...just doesnt make sense to me |

There's an Indian place near me called Shere Khan, hell, I will probably end up having my last meal there anyway, their curries are so hot, you can feel your insides burning up.

Tully's Cajun Chicken Pasta w/o Mushrooms. I don't know why, but I'm in love with that dish.
Large Pizza Hut Pizza with Extra Cheese. That would probably end up killing me faster.
