You just add friends and bands. Use it to keep in touch with friends who don't have AIM, etc. Really, its not necessary. But it wouldn't hurt to make one.

i just use myspace and facebook to keep track of old High school and college buddies......there is the occasional 14yo girl i try to talk to....wait i dont think i was suppose to say that

I made one. I never use it, though. However, it's not as bad of a concept as everyone makes it out to be.

Facebook is not on the level myspace is i think myspace is a very addicting website and i think you should join and its just there to have friend chat for people who dont have aim add music bands and just chill theres also a lot of sex offenders and lots of drama so be carefull

Just use it too keep it touch with friends. Since high school ended I haven;t lost t ouch with anyone thanks to myspace. and if some loses their cel phone or has their # disconected then m yspace is an easy way too get in touch with them.
It also good for planning parties just invite everyone on your myspace page.
