basically it's cardio, diet, core exercises. but honestly...it's not like doing crunches will magically make them appear if you have like 20% body fat. do some HIIT, make sure to eat right, and start lifting.

why does every thread have to have lyrics to one ****ty Punk rock band "Six Pack" isn't even one of Black Flag's serious songs. It was at the expense of their first frontman, Keith Morris, who was drunk all the time. Yes, Rollins had a massive ego, but Black Flag was one of the hardest working bands there ever was. I haven't myself, but I would love to see you try to live how Black Flag lived on tour. -CMD

I'm referring to him back when he was in Black Flag. Come to think of it, saying he had a "big ego" isn't quite the best way to put it. I just didn't want to type up all that what kinda led to Black Flag's demise was Rollins kinda assuming the role as head of the band when it was always Ginn at the helm of things, as he was the one who started it all, and that a great deal of the time he disliked the rest of the band, especially Kira when she was around.
