I have known some good cops and I have known some bad cops. The Slickboys in Chicago are a great example of horrible cops. Well most of them.

Saying otherwise is the equivalent of saying all black people are criminals or all white people are secretly racist (I've heard that more than once, funnily enough). |

im not saying all cops are bad
its just most of the cops around where i live are filled with these young cops(with a handful of older guys)
and they abuse the authority way too much
they have nothing better to do
so they search for kids even, if they arent doing anything bad
and they get them in trouble in some way.
it goes on way too mcuh
and its ridiculous.
thats pretty much what i meant by "pathetic"

The cop in that video should be fired. If a cop or any one had done that to my mom while she was still alive (she was in a wheel chair from a car accident back in 94, and passed away in 2003) my family would make damn sure that cop was either fired or suspended without pay and a lawsuit would be filed against the officer, and the percent.

If someone is going to be given that much authority, there needs to be much more that they should go through before they are just handed over a badge. Anyone can be a cop these days, and thats whats sad. If you're a good, fair cop, I have nothing but respect for you. But if you abuse your power, then I wish you nothing more than a bullet to the head by a drug dealer. |
