Since I support McCaine, it would be a lose either way if Clinton or Obama won.

Since I support McCaine, it would be a lose either way if Clinton or Obama won. Clearly, you're 100% behind your candidate, as evidenced by your spot on spelling of his name.

I hate these hypothetical polls. Only 1 person can represent a party... period. I could respond this most in many ways but I'd almost bet, come November, you won't even vote. The only idea I'm endorsing is, if there was a way to have those two contest the election and not just the primary spot, would you look forward to it? Or would the race not interest you at all? I think many elections see two candidates from differing parties and the interest dwindles. I for one think Clinton-Obama is more fitting of such a race, compared to opting out one for mccain who represents the old boys network and the if it ain't broke, don't fix it, way of politicing. To answer your first response, I will vote in november. I already voted in the California primaries so why wouldn't I vote in November? Second, I don't think the interest in the election will dwindle. If anything, I think more people will be interested come november just the way it is. Hypothetically having obama vs hilary in november would not strike more interest to me, since their position on numerous issues are strikingly similar, the reason why many people are at a crisis of not knowing which to vote for. The more diverse candidates in terms of issues, the better imo.

Obama appeals to the younger crowd while hilary appeals to the older, and since this is a young man's world, if Obama can get the younger uaidence to come out and vote he has it in the bag

He may be able to get the young vote now, but when it comes to the general election, good luck at getting them to come out.

I'm British so I don't know much about elections but from what I've read you guys just vote for the party so I think Hillary will be voted by the USEC electors even if it means there are some faithless electors.
