I just got lucky and found a lone MNW Curt Hennig on the top shelf of Walmart’s WWE toy section. Well, Curt’s NWO shirt is one of this ones without velcro that you gotta slide over the body like a real shirt. Well, good luck because it is so hard to do. And he’s got a rubber singlet top which makes it even harder.
That gripe aside, this is a fantastic figure if you can get past the rubber singlet. A guitar, a hat, a shirt, an extra head, 3 extra pairs of hands, and a BAF piece. There are probably Ultimates with less accessories than this.

Ok, but, is there even anything on the back of the shirt that would mean why they went with a non-velcro one? I don't think I've ever seen the back of it. Seems really weird that they would do that on a shirt that already has a rubber overpiece.

Think you’re making a bigger deal about this than what it is. I mean not saying it’s easy to do, but it’s not hard and only took several seconds to get done.

My bigger gripe with the shirt is that it has the original nWo logo with no words, which was long gone by the time he joined.

Think you’re making a bigger deal about this than what it is. I mean not saying it’s easy to do, but it’s not hard and only took several seconds to get done. For you. It’s not hard for YOU. I, however, am not you. I couldn’t get the darn thing on to save my life. And that’s not even considering people who might have arthritis or hand tremors or any number of disabilities where a simple velcro strip would be much easier for them. Those people exist.

Yeah, as someone with psoriatic arthritis, I'd probably be cutting the rubber piece off or just using one of those John Cena NWO shirts I have laying around. If Mattel feels like giving me figures with non-velcro shirts, the better jolly well be making those figures with removable arms and heads because I can NOT get a shirt on a figure without velcro in any manner that you could call easy or painless.

Personally I like the "no velcro" shirts and I wish there were more of them. If this figure were more plentiful I might even have bought an extra for the shirt (and a few other accessories) but as it stands, I feel very lucky that I found one at retail, so I'll take what I can get. I feel like the non-velcro shirts have a more realistic-looking "fit". If you pop the head off the shirt stretches pretty well, I got the shirt on without too much trouble.

Take the arms off the shoulders (and the head too, of course), and the no-Velcro shirts go on much easier.
Use a hair dryer or dunk him in very hot water before removing the arms.

Wish this was in the legends line. I’d buy up a bunch of em when they go on clearance just for the shirts to give to early nWo members. Wanna say shortly after Syxx is when they went to the design with “new world order” underneath “nWo”

I'd be careful about that with this figure.... Do we know what the hot water/heat will do to the rubber single-top? I could see it getting damaged or even melt if the water is super hot.... As I had said, the shirt stretches well and it's fine when the head is popped off.

Good, F Velcro shirts…and stop ruining Hogans with the front Velcro whilst we’re at it 👍🏻 The upcoming Legends HULK 🇺🇸 HOGAN shirt would be so much nicer without that unnecessary glaringly obvious white Velcro split right down the center of it.

Its not that hard due to the fact the material being stretchable. Removing the head makes it easier at that. I do hope we get more shirts without velcro.

Maybe you ought to, maybe, look up Rheumatoid and Psoriatic arthritis before saying that you have to have grandkids to have it. Like, I'm 40 and there are days I can't even use the computer because my hands just refuse. Have a *little* bit of kindness and decency.
