But Legends sit ...Must be because kids don't know who they are and it's just us collectors getting them?
BUT everywhere in my area Legends Greatest Hits fly to..Make it make sense?
WWE is so red hot you won't see a Regular elite line on shelves more than a couple days around my area(or Monday night war ect)

What happens in your area, doesn't happen in others. Keep in mind, the world doesn't revolve around your town. (That came off rude, but no ill intent)

Id imagine greatest hits waves will sell faster because they're rereleases of hard to come by or expensive figures

First the stores hardly ever stock regular elites. And when they do it’s a case or maybe two if the store has heavy volume. So you are getting at most 4 of one wrestler and two or less of everyone else.
Legends you are getting a solid case of each wrestler. So if they get one case each that’s 6 of each wrestlers. Two cases means they need to move 12 of each wrestler. That’s a big difference
MNW is a Walmart exclusive but unlike the Target Legends line you are getting a case of everyone in the set. So maybe 2 of one wrestler and 1 each of the rest. And most Walmarts at least around here haven’t even gotten anything since a case of series 1.

Around here for whatever reason we get the regular Elite set about one or two per series so you are lucky to get what you need.
The Legends set get stocked pretty good but then they sell through except Hogan who doesn’t sell at all. Right now we have 12 Hogans sitting on the shelves just like the previous series. Maybe it’s the one to stop putting Hogan in every set when he isn’t selling and everybody else sells right out in a few days no matter in the last few series he has been in.
The MNW Series 2 & 3 were almost impossible to get and you had to be right there when they hit the floor to get them or you wouldn’t get them which shouldn’t happen when they are a store exclusive m. Walmart should be restocking them a few times and not just have them on these displays.

It's different and depends on the area. There are a bunch of LA Knights at one of my Walmart for weeks now, I blame it on the head scan and skinny body.

Quit complaining about the availability of Legends. The system is flawless. First couple waves of stock sell out. Then the rest of the restocks kinda sit. Then they start clearancing them out. By the time the next series hits, the old ones are removed from inventory and sent back to Mattel.

By the time the next series hits, the old ones are removed from inventory and sent back to Mattel. To add: Regarding Target Legends: Most of us serious collectors are ordering them for store pickup or home delivery right when they first come out; you aren't seeing those sales because the figs never hit the shelf in most cases. So the only ones that actually hit the shelves are there for the casual buyer or "kids." Which probably don't buy that many but Target doesn't care because they've already made their money off the pre-sales/home deliveries. It really IS a great system and seems to be allowing everyone to get what they need. As far as Regular Elites: Something has definitely been going on over the last year or two. Walmart skips series and they just never seem to get sold anywhere (where do they go)? Walmart's recent plan-o-gram didn't even have PEGS for regular Elites, which is really strange. Then Walmart gets a shipper with maybe 40-50 Elites on it, but you'll see a LOT of repeats (10 Shinsukes, 10 Otis, 10 Seth Rollins). Then, almost like a punishment - Walmart wont' get Elites again for at least 2-3 months (or longer). Target also has NOT been stocking the regular Elites like they used to. Maybe because the Legends line is performing so well? The main-line Elites seem to be an afterthought.... but I have noticed in 2024 that Target is just leaving those pegs empty for weeks/months at a clip, which is also strange. They just don't seem to hold any sort of priority but again, maybe because they are putting so much effort into the Legends line. I really wish the main-line Elites were just available consistently from Amazon (at retail price). That would be my optimal solution for getting the main-line Elites since the big-two Retailers aren't stocking them consistently.

The way Target has been handling Legends has been an absolute blessing that keeps the flow going and clears out stock. I wish my dream figure of DDP in jeans was easily available for $23 in Legends; he'd probably come with the damn shirt since there's no BAF, too!
Was hunting for The Sandman yesterday, and I found only scraps of E111 at Target, so they seem to be doing well for the most part. The whole hobby has become so inconsistent, though.

As PJ said above, the big difference with how Target stocks the legends line is each fig comes in full cases all by itself (instead of one case with all different characters). It makes them easier for us to find, and even with Target clearancing 'em out Mattel has said that Target is very happy with the line. So all's good there.
I'm pretty positive legends greatest hits are made in far, far smaller quantities, and I don't think they come in similar case packs

Target seems to always have one or two figures that sit forever near me. This time it’s Three Minute Warning, before that it was the Sultan, and before that the Headshrinkers - even the chase versions.
Funnily enough, Ichiban Hogan didn’t warm the pegs, but there’s a local clearance outlet that’s absolutely loaded with them.
