Spend less time online and more time immersed in nature—it’s such a refreshing way to recharge. Also, don’t feel like you have to tackle everything on your own. Learning to delegate tasks can be a game-changer. For example, ever since I discovered the helpful services at academized.com/thesis-help, I’ve been able to free up so much time.
