OK, I have time so let's analyze this. Do we have a pattern? The only definite is a tag team. The first one is a current roster tag team, the second one is a vintage tag team, and the third one was also a vintage team, so if that is a pattern, then we are due to have a current tag team again. My issue with this is that current roster members work so well as a regular release in the Ultimate line. You could put both R-Truth and Miz into the regular lineup and they would sell. I decided to take a look at the current roster, and used this link as a guide: www.the.com/roster/wwe/#teams Going through this list, there are not many that I think would fit. Even through it is a Ringside exclusive, you still need to have bigger names in the wrestling world to get people to the site. A 2pack of like the Creed Brothers would not do it. So going through that list, the only ones that I see would be possible would be Awesome Truth, DIY, The Kabuki Warriors, or the Street Profits. Others would fit, but you are not going to see a tag team of new figures debuting here (like the new Bloodline, or anyone from the Wyatt Sicks). So that gives us this list: Awesome Truth DIY Kabuki Warriors Street Profits However, if it is a legendary tag team, that really opens it up. It would be a combination of who is big enough to get buzz from this here wrestling community, but maybe not big enough to do as well at mass retail. A version of the Hart Foundation? We just had them in the coliseum collection. A returning tag team like Road Warriors or Demolition? Again, those would make most sense at retail. If it is a legendary set, as a rule of thumb, most exclusives are made tend to be reused parts, so the bulk of them can be put together by already tooled parts. So I would guess a new version of existing wrestlers. DX? A version of DX would be interesting as they would kind of go with the Outsiders 2-pack. If they REALLY wanted to go 'out there' they could do a Shawn Michaels and X-Pac 2-pack, where they could each be DX or NWO versions - different shirts, heads, and that beret for Shawn. That is an extreme long shot though. How about another Hulk Hogan? I could see it being a 2pack of him and Andre from WM3, or another time when they tagged as partners. They tagged a few times prior to the Andre heel turn of 86. In fact, most of Hogan's tags could also be enemies, so Hogan/Warrior, Hogan/Andre, and also Hogan/Beefcake would be probably the top 3 they would go with. Or, like mentioned a few times above, it could be a mix of Cody & Dusty Rhodes. I honestly am leaning towards this. It makes sense. Cody is a hot sell, but is out at retail in a number of forms, so one more version here as an exclusive is not taking anything away from retail. Dusty has the Target exclusive coming out, so redoing that figure, maybe with a new head or two, and as a NWA or Crockett version, would be perfect. A 70s version, with the robe that was also recently seen on Cody (From Japan?) would seem like a perfect idea. It would check a number of boxes here in the community. If it is a modern team, I think it is one of the list above, but really I do think that it is going to be Cody & Dusty. This could be the start of a 'generations' of wrestlers 2-packs. The Guerreros, the A'Noi family, and the Ortons come to mind. So yeah, I my mind, the Cody/Dusty set seems the most logical.

I’m not sure if this would be in bad taste or if it would be an honor. I lean towards awesome tribute or honoring them
Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper 2 pack w/ Tag Championships.
Or Rowan if Harper is still unavailable. Or Bolieve or Rotunda-IRS

Hogan and Andre was on my shortlist for potential SDCC exclusives, they havent done the Mania 3 look as often as youd think. I think the best bet with Cody and Dusty would probably be late 70s Dusty from his first NWA title win and Mania 40, it just fits thematically, but id imagine they're gonna want Mania 40 Cody available at retail. Maybe theyll do a direct update of the old Jakks pack or WWWF Dusty and Legacy era Cody. Ive pitched the idea of generations packs a handful of times. Id imagine it'd be reserved for relatively bigger names but it's probably be our only shot at getting like Larry Hennig, Blackjack Mulligan, Stu Hart, Angelo Paffo, etc etc

Buddy “The Target Employee” but referred to as “working at a toy shop” is the most connected man ever.
Apparently stocking shelves at Target, not a toy shop, would get you such insider information

Out of all of the ones you mentioned - besides LOD, Demoltion and Hart Foundation - the one I like best is a Hogan/Brutus 2-pack. Granted they weren't an "official" tag team until 1993, but I wouldn't mind a Summer Slam 1989 set. I don't know if Brutus would ever get another UE figure, unless they make the Dream Team in the Coliseum Collection line, so I'm all for this. Having Hogan as the selling point could help, so this might be the only chance to get a "Barber" figure as an ultimate edition figure. Do a stylized Summer Slam package, like the one for the poster: Hogan can come with the Hulk Rules shirt (uncut), Hulk Rules bandana, Hulkamania headband, WWF Title (maybe retooled). Brutus can come with the pink and white entrance coat, red/white/blue bag, cutting shears, cutting hand gesture that he also did for his strut, two heads: one with short hair from this event, one with long hair from RR90 (he wore the same attire at that event). Plus, if they ever get Savage back under a deal, they could do Zeus/Savage set from the same event:

There seems to be no pattern. We're getting the Outsiders and Steiners back to back.

My fingers are crossed that they surprise us with a reveal that they signed them by showing us prototypes off rip. Other than that, I’d like Dusty in NWA gear and any a debut Cody.
