That’s exactly the version I want the most ‘98 white singlet with designs, sculpted biker shorts, short boots. Knowing Mattel we’ll get cheap painted on shorts and mid sized boots and we’ll have to love it. |

My guess is Roman is from the Hollywood line. The figure was basically non existent in the States, and every other figure from that line got a re-release. |
