Wowww..... this Reddit post is a long read but I found it very interesting, and MIGHT have some bearing on the Monday Night Wars.... He's essentially saying that Walmart gets X-amount in..... then if they did pre-orders, the stock gets allocated for that first.... and whatever is left goes to the stores. MNW Series 3 did go on Pre-Order, so I wonder if that's why these just aren't showing up in very many stores.... of course, doesn't really explain why Walmart always cancels the pre-orders, but still.... an interesting take here. Good read! Insightful and clarifying! What reddit page? I have been trying to find a good toy collecting/hunting page, but cannot. Well this one seems to be from the perspective of mostly Walmart employees and managers.... which I did find totally fascinating. I still can't find series 2 (Nash all I want). Series 1 was easy as they had the special WM season end cap.

Recieved Rock & Harlem Heat today from Smyths here in Ireland. Irritatingly? RVD seems delayed and isnt in stock most places or online for them. Happy to get the regular HH though as those blue outfits suck ass.

I found the shipper at my Walmart today and it was stocked with MNW series 3. I picked up all 4. Either it didn't have the chases, or someone else already got them, but it didn't look like it had been touched. I prefer the black, anyway.

Just a heads up on the Walmart app they keep showing up randomly for preorder. I noticed the rvd came back in stock last night, started randomly checking and just found him and Harlem heat and purchased immediately. Let's just hope they won't cancel. Will probably still continue checking Walmarts because I want the chases as well and who knows if it even ships.

been to about a dozen walmarts in 2 days. haven't seen a single MNW series 3 figure, and every shipper I've found has either been cleaned out of MNW or had Series 2...which I found months ago.
Frustrating, is a word.

When I found my shipper this past weekend in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania, all of the RVDs were gone and they were the only figures bought out of the entire display...so now I have a headless Disciple. I still never saw Series 1 or Series 2, so I swore off Mattel for their incredibly lousy distribution, but I got FOMO when I saw the shipper and snapped up what I could. Hoping people army build these RVDs for customization or whatever so they will sell some Disciple heads on eBay.

frustrating line, i'm assuming the Monday night wars line is getting released early in some the shippers. I just want a booker t black outfit, i have stevie ray. I guess Id take a blue one if i found it. I may snag a rob van dam too if i ever find one.

series 1 - Hogan, the Undertaker, Steve Austin and Scott Hall
series 2 - Kevin Nash

Would a thread here where people can post needs or where they have found or left extras be allowed or useful? I have seen so many posts of I found series 3 but need series 2 and vice versa. Also I have chase booker t but can only find regular stevie or vice versa.
I know there's a classified page but can there be one where people would offer to ship at cost plus shipping or do trades? Not sure if allowed or if enough people would participate.

When are these supposed to ship out if they do?? My Harlem Heat pre-order is dated 8/16, and my RVD/Rock are dated 8/21 from walmart. Really hoping they actually deliver these as I've seen zero signs of them at any physical store. Crossing my fingers that I get a matching Harlem Heat set, at this point I don't even care which color. |
