AT $33-$35/figure that's very competitive compared to ZST $40/figure. I get that the art-style isn't for everyone, but at hasbro-scale I think they have a winner on their hands. The guy's personal collection is all over his IG and there's unlimited colour-ways for these figs. If this does well, for sure we're going to get NWA-style Road Warriors and more singlets for the Steiners in the future.

Going to order these. The box looks great. These will be a nice addition to my Hasbro‘esque collection. They fit in scale but the design of course is different, so I will most likely just keep them in the box and display the that way. Hopefully the production quality will be as good as their 3d animation.

So the latest update on these via the guy's IG account confirms: 4POA (neck, arms, waist), removeable shoulder pads for LOD, and magnetized arms. Also needs to go to production - so it'll be months before we get them in-hand, date TBD.
The arms surprised me though, I don't know how I feel about that. I never got Epic Toys DDP so I don't know how good magnetized arms are. Anyone has insights on that?

At this time they do not feel as though they could easily be knocked off but magnets do lose strength over time. |

Thought I saw somewhere that this was going to be a 60 day open pre-order. Am I making that up or can someone confirm we'll have roughly 2 months to order?

got my pre-order in for both sets. Someone asked on nerdcloset's IG if there will be more names in the future, and it was an emphatic "Yes!"
I don't know how many licenses these guys have, but if I can get a deep dream WCW roster like they have with guys like the Midnight Express etc. omg I'm ALL in on this toyline
PS you know AWA/NWA Road Warriors is only a matter of time.

I just realized these say "officially licensed", but Legion of Doom is a WWE trademark isn't it? so is this line with WWE?

I know they used LOD exclusively in WWE but, the LOD name goes back to their time in Georgia in '83, it was a stable they were a part of. And ever since then-through their time in AWA and JCP-Road Warriors and Legion of Doom were used interchangeably throughout the 80s. |
