I remember they were asked before about this early in the start and they said it wasn't a possibility due to fear of how sales would do, im wondering if anything has changed big men always sell well. Also bill said he didn’t want to make it bc khali didn’t require elite articulation since he wasn’t very good in the ring however we have an elite of omos 🤷♂️

Thanks for your suggestions guys.
I have put the list in alphabetical order. I will update it with your suggestions tonight.
I'm also thinking of adding a "likelihood" meter.
For example, we know guys like Benoit and Nailz are basically impossible. But there's a lot of people on this list that just weren't relevant or memorable enough to get a figure.
For example, I HIGHLY doubt we will see a Mattel Luther Reigns or Nathan Jones figure. But guys like Eugene and Mr. Kennedy made enough of an impact to get one.
There's also the toyetic effect. For example, Phantasio or The Yeti could easily get figures based on the fact that the figure looks cool. See The Executioner and The Goon.

Wrestlemania 19 Shawn Michaels to go with my RSE Jericho. What's the hold up?

For example, Phantasio or The Yeti could easily get figures based on the fact that the figure looks cool. See The Executioner and The Goon. While likelyhood is difficult to judge, I do think adding a "likelyhood estimate" or similar would be a MUCH better approach than the alternative of trying to gatekeep who is "worthy" to be on the lists based on opinion of importance/relevance, popularity, or any other metric. The latter approach would just cause arguments and make the list too opinion based to be useful. I would suggest adding every suggested name to the lists regardless of how worthy or likely they may seem, in order to be unbiased. That said, grandmasterPRA did some great work ranking missing names by number of PPV appearances and split into eras, which was really interesting because it was based purely on fact (not opinion), click the spoiler to see his results: Just thought it would be fun to see a list of the top 25 wrestlers from the Golden Era, New Gen Era and Attitude Era that have not had a Mattel figure yet. I'm still working on the numbers for the RA and PG Era. I defined the Golden Era by basically 1992 and earlier. The New Gen as 1993-1997, and the Attitude Era as 1998-2002. It's not perfect obviously but still close enough. I sorted them by PPV appearances. Here are the biggest names missing from each era in terms of Mattel figures made of them: Golden Era: Percentage of the top 100 Made by Mattel (65%) Top 25 Missing: 1. Hercules Hernandez 2. Mr. Fuji 3. Dino Bravo 4. Slick 5. Haku 6. The Barbarian 7. Koko B. Ware 8&9. The Rougeaus 10. Bad News Brown 11. Paul Roma 12. The Dynamite Kid 13. Boris Zhukov 14. Jim Brunzell 15. The Genius/Lanny Poffo 16. The Mountie 17. Ron Bass 18. Brian Blair 19. Frenchy Martin 20. Tanaka 21. Harvey Whippleman 22. Johnny Valiant 23. Ken Patera 24. Repo Man 25. The Fabulous Moolah New Gen Era: Percentage of the top 100 made by Mattel (49%) Top 25 Missing: 1. Owen Hart 2. Jim Cornette 3. Savio Vega 4. Henry O. Godwinn 5. Bart Gunn 6. Billy Gunn (In his Smoking Gunns look) 7. Crush (non-Demolition) 8. Mr. Fuji 9. Marlena 10. Phineas Godwinn 11. Marty Jannetty (solo) 12. Ahmed Johnson 13. Marc Mero 14. Sable 15. Clarence Mason 16. Jeff Jarrett 17. Mo 18. Sunny 19. Jose Lothario 20. Justin Bradshaw (hawk or blackjack looks) 21. Flash Funk 22. Skip 23. Harvey Whippleman 24. Luna Vachon 25. Leif Cassidy Attitude Era: Percentage of the top 100 Made by Mattel (55%) Top 25 Missing: 1. Val Venis 2. Chris Benoit 3. Test 4. Al Snow 5. Albert 6. Jeff Jarrett 7. Steve Blackman 8. William Regal (They've never quite made his attitude era look) 9. Hardcore Holly 10. Perry Saturn 11. Crash Holly 12. Ivory 13. Jacqueline 14. Owen Hart 15. Terri Runnels 16. Tazz 17. Tori 18. Grandmaster Sexay 19. Bull Buchanan 20. Gangrel 21. Mosh 22. Debra 23. Lance Storm 24. Luna 25. Spike Dudley NWA/WCW 1988-1994 Era: Percentage of the Top 100 Made by Mattel (38%) Top 25 Missing: 1. Dustin Rhodes 2. Harley Race (I don't believe he ever had the King Gimmick there) 3. Bobby Eaton 4. Rick Steiner (hopefully soon) 5. Jimmy Garvin 6. Scott Steiner (hopefully soon) 7. Ricky Morton 8. Johnny B. Badd 9. Col. Robert Parker 10. Marcus Alexander Bagwell 11. The Z-Man 12. Kevin Sullivan 13. Terry Taylor (one that doesn't look like a rooster) 14. Stan Lane 15. Steve Williams 16. Jim Cornette 17. Sir William 18. 2 Cold Scorpio 19. Butch Reed 20. Mike Rotunda 21. The Great Muta 22. Tommy Rich 23. Dan Spivey 24. Missy Hyatt 25. Tracy Smothers WCW 1995-2001 Era: Percentage of the top 100 made by Mattel (33%) (That's even with taking some liberties like saying a Mr. Perfect figure can basically pass off as a Curt Hennig) Top 25 Missing: 1. Chris Benoit 2. Konnan 3. Scott Steiner (Technically there isn't an official one yet, but we are pretty confident we are getting one) 4. Billy Kidman 5. Disco Inferno 6. Buff Bagwell 7. Jeff Jarrett 8. Chris Jericho (Sucks Mattel never made a WCW style Jericho) 9. Meng 10. Perry Saturn 11. Juventud Guerrera 12. Alex Wright 13. Hugh Morris 14. Ernest "The Cat" Miller 15. Steve McMichael 16. Wrath/Bryan Clarke 17. Kevin Sullivan 18. Kimberly 19. The Franchise Shane Douglas 20. Kanyon 21. Norman Smiley 22. Scott Norton 23. Sister Sherri (I think her look in WCW was different enough?) 24. Vampiro 25. Madusa Just thought it was interesting to look at. I want to do WCW as well. I'm not sure what the point of sharing it is other than it was just fun to put together and I want to do something with it so do what you want with it lol. To be clear, this is not a ranking in terms of opinion. This is strictly by most PPV appearances without a figure Edit: Added NWA/WCW 1988-1994 Era

Looking at the missing figures by PPV appearances is really interesting, and makes the holes even more glaring to me. As a golden era collector, where’s Hercules?! He was a staple for SO long! Also, I know One Man Gang wasn’t around for all that long as that character, but was surprised to see him not crack the top 25 of missing legends from the era (unless getting an Akeem disqualified him?).

Mmm.... I forgot about Jack Tunney. That would rock.
I'm sure it'd be a BAF Walmart Exclusive LOL.

IMO characters shouldn't equal people. Tensai should not count as Albert/A-Train having a figure. If it's a different name, in most cases it should count as different. Hell, there are even people going under the same name who should count as different, like DX Billy Gunn shouldn't count as Smoking Gunn's Billy.

So let’s get to that One Man Gang figure already!

Bumping this as I have updated the list with everybody's suggestions.
I have also added a few new sections for the PG Era, Network Era and Current Era WWE.
Instead of removing names, I have instead striked some out. Just so we can keep track of the figures that have been made since this list was created.
I still feel like I should add a Probability to each name. I am trying to be unbiased but I know there's a 0% chance some of these names would ever get made. Most are extremely forgettable but I figured I would add them in regardless.
If you notice anyone missing, write them down below and also, let me know how I should do this probability meter. I'm thinking I should just put in brackets what percentage I think and give an explanation. Purely my own opinion.
