Yes, the powder blue Sid Justice remains the best early Sid Justice figure. Suited M$M and suited Flair are great. And just for kicks, I also have one Jakks figure in my collection: Giant Gonzalez!

Nope, they’re a waste of money for me. I only collect elites and ultimates and even then I’m cherry picking.

I got the JJ Dillon and Howard Finkel BAF waves just for the BAFs. I’m very glad BAFs have moved to Elites.
Other than that, I stay away from basics, even if it’s an attire I like. They’re not worth the money.
The very rare exception is if it has a part I can use for a custom or to fix up an existing figure.

One of the best figures in my collection and I don't really collect basics. I dabble with them here and there, but give me a sub line of Main Event Flair in different suit combinations and I'd buy every one.

I really like all the basic Sting figs we got(except for the green one) and that Booker T that came in the JJ wave is a favorite too. Looks great with the TV title.

I did before they changed the articulation a few years ago, but only if I didn’t have an elite from the era depicted. Now that they have new articulation in the hips, I’m more willing to get some.

Not everyone lives in the US...
If I see a legend at retail, I'll generally purchase, regardless of what type of figure it is.

Not everyone lives in the US... If I see a legend at retail, I'll generally purchase, regardless of what type of figure it is. There's actually a fair number of people here who don't live in the US and yeah. From what I've seen on here and talked about with other online friends, unless you live in the UK and have access to Smyths, you're pretty much SOL on finding Mattel at retail. Even Canada gets the biggest shaft. I have a very close friend who lives in Canada who would love nothing more than to be able to walk into a store, any store, and buy WWE figures. He especially loves Sami, Kevin, and Cody, and between him and his best friend, I'm trying to hook the both of them up with a set of Ultimate 21 that actually looks screen accurate. (Meaning customs). But really, yeah, living outside the US is just horrible for collectors of this line. It sucks.
