This scene in The Grudge scared the absolute crapout of me when I saw it for the first time. It took years before I watched this movie again.

The snot bubble coming out of the Heather’s nose at the end of the Blair Witch Project. If you’re going to die wipe your damn nose!!! That beats out the scariest movie scenes that gave me nightmares every time I watched the movie as a kid. The “Child Catcher” looking for and catching Jeremy and Jamima in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.  |

It’s funny those type of movies - universal monsters (Vampires, Frankenstein , Werewolves, Zombies, etc ) never scared me, but things based on reality like child abduction, buried alive, burned alive or eaten alive freaked me out. I guess the one horror movie that scared me as a kid was “Burnt Offerings” |

There's a few scenes from Eden Lake that are pretty brutal. Plus some other movies that aren't worth mentioning here... That film is very disturbing due to how realistic and likely to happen it is. Another one I found uncomfortable to watch is the original Last House On The Left. When I was a kid I hid behind the sofa during……….Superman 4!!! I couldn’t bear to watch him get beaten up by Nuclear Man!! 😂 |

That is really scary! To be completely honest, I am not a huge fan of scary movies and prefer comedies instead. Now I have tons of time to check them out because Academized academized.com/write-my-personal-statement does all my personal statements for me. Their help has freed up my schedule, giving me the chance to indulge in some much-needed laughter and relaxation. With the pressure of writing personal statements off my shoulders, I can finally enjoy my favorite comedies and unwind. |
