I feel like it’s the SS91 Warrior but I haven’t found it for an acceptable price yet (uk)
The Flair, KOTR Bret and Doink ultimates have to be up there.

E78 Superstar Billy Graham - younger head version. Perfection! 1000% Definitely need more figures of him. And we need at least one UE figure.

Until they come out with the Steiner Brothers....the best figure(s) IMO are the Ultimate Hogans. Absolutely love them.

I think we can all agree that the most perfect figure has not been released, yet.

In terms of the full works and being top notch figures here’s mine
Hollywood Hogan Ultimate (I think it’s the greatest Ultimate to be honest) Ric Flair Ultimate Kane Ultimate Ultimate Warrior Ultimate Sting crow DM (although I hate a lot of the choices made with the figure it’s my favorite figure of all time)

I agree that favorite and best executed are two different things.
And since everyone is discussing legends, I'll throw in some modern figures.
Best executed non-legend figure I'd say has to be Ultimate Asuka. We waited forever for her and she's god tier. Also on that list is Ultimate Seth Rollins. Just amazing. Both figures knocked it out of the park.
My personal favorite figure though, as far as straight from the package to my shelf, is probably Elite 91 Sami Zayn. Elite 91 Sami holds such a special place in my heart because it was the first Sami we got after a 3 year stretch and, while the headsculpt wasn't perfect, it was still really good and the way they executed the cloth goods was great. I hate that they held onto that cargo pants mold far too long, and I wish it had the updated wrist tape and decor on the sides of his pants, but that figure means a LOT to me.
Also, fun thing, when I had Covid and was loopy as all hell from it, I apparently went on RSC and ordered three of them at once on backorder and nothing else. And promptly forgot about it. I was very surprised about a month later when I was recovered and I got a package from Ringside with three Sami's in it that I had no recollection of ordering. (That wasn't the only order I made while Covid looped, though. I had another order show up at some point that had a bunch of random basics in it including I think three suited MVPs and two street clothes Edges that I had no memory of ordering.)
The runner up figure would be RSC exclusive Shane O Mac. The headsculpt isn't the best (I don't think it particularly looks like him) but getting a flashback figure of him from his greatest match ever was pretty dang cool.
The figure I've bought the most of though would probably be the Wrestlemania XV Shane. I've bought so dang many of those over the years to steal the heads off of for customs. I think I have two more in reserve and I've used at least four of them, plus the one that's on my shelf. After that is...
Basic 146 Sami Zayn (five so far but I'm eyeing at least one more depending on how the UE comes out) Elite 91 Sami Zayn (five, but I only had planned on two) Elite 91 Kevin Owens (I think I bought four) And Battle Pack 46 Shane McMahon (I think it's either three or four, but I don't believe I ever actually bought the battle pack itself, just the loose figures)
Although, honestly, if they do that potential WarGames Kevin right, I'm gonna need at least four of him. One for MOC, one for Loose, and two for customs. At LEAST.

I actually think its MNW Elite Stone Cold Steve Austin. I got it Saturday and it genuinely might be my favourite wrestling figure ever.

No surprise here: It’s chase Legends series Ken Shamrock!
I only NEEDED one figure and that was Ken Shamrock. Mattel produced 3 versions so I’m very happy…especially with the chase in blue.

I forgot to add that the Entrance Greats line was my favourite line, too. Even though they were Basics in the beginning, they had always some nice clothes with them. On top of that, that sound base is great, it just gives me chills playing the Undertaker theme or Jeff's. If you don't agree with the figures, just swap them out. Anyone know why they were cancelled for the 2nd time? We never got SCSA or Cena, they were so many more choices.

During my pre-collecting days, I stopped at a Target and bought a Goldberg one as he was far and away my favorite during the MNW era and I still have it MIB and it still plays his theme!

I think we can all agree that the most perfect figure has not been released, yet. Honestly, looking back if it didn't get delayed the first time supposedly for the cloth goods, this might have came out just in nick of time.

For me, it's the figure i wanted made for years... Posting on every thread, Q&A, and 'Most wanted Figs' post i'd see. That's the WrestleMania 23 Shawn Michaels. My all time favourite attire, from my all time favourite match, on my all time favourite PPV. When it was finally announced, i knew i had to get multiple. A part of me was so happy it finally happened after 12 years, but another part of me sat there thinking "What do obsessively ask for now?" Which became the Royal Rumble 2006 Edge (one that we'll likely never get due to contract & copyright issues) Of course there's always nit-picky things, or small "if they did this instead" thoughts, but for me, this HBK is perfect purely because it finished 'my story'.

Number 1...I'm gonna have to say the ringside exclusive 1992 hbk with the cow pants...... And I'm a Bret hart fan
And 1A....undertaker from the raw 3 pack with kid and razor. They FINALLY got the hair right for that era!
