A wet fart of a figure of a wet fart of a man. Remember you can't say anything demeaning because someone is gonna get their little feelings hurt. Join my discord

They might have finally nailed Ron Simmons skin tone And they gave it to a white guy from Indiana I didn't want to say that in PJ's loose pics thread and derail anything, but my first thoughts were "Damn, that's a good skintone for Faarooq..." Hey don’t blame me and my pics for this! I wasn’t one of the members who kept asking them to change his skin tone to a tan one. lol

I just can't understand how they get the simple things wrong, or if they remake figures later down the line don't correct the mistakes. Do they get samples to check, or simply submit the idea in hope it gets made correct, and if not, then it doesn't matter they'll still put it out? If they are true wrestling fans wouldn't you want everything to be spot on, or is that just me and my OCD? I was so excited for this Warrior as it's one of my early memories as a fan, but it just looks wrong. It's wrong this time so Mattel can get everyone to also buy the re-release that will be corrected next year. I dunno..... I'm still looking for Honky Tonk Man's cloth belt for his jumpsuit....... it was supposed to be a "running change" on the first version, yet somehow the "Greatest Hits" version didn't have it......

I just got this guy in hand and...I dunno. I think I may have to return it. Summerslam 1991 is my favorite event ever but the color is so far off I just can't see keeping it on my shelf.
A lot of these dudes looked like a roast turkey but this one is more like a chocolate bar.

This just proves the point that no matter what you do people won't ever be happy. The figure is great with the tan, IMO, as previously mentioned it makes everything else pop out. I'd go as far as to say it's a strong contender for Figure of the year so far.

The skin tone is reminiscent of an Oscar Mayer and their brown coloring. So technically this could count as a hot dog tan.

I've finally got it in hand, and while I would have preferred the Hogan skin tone, it looks fantastic. I don't understand the complaints. It's got a great "bodybuilding bronzer" color and really makes those bright neon colors pop like crazy.

Hoping I can use his ultimate to build Brutus beefcake We definitely need a new Brutus in the Barber gimmick now that TrueFX can give us much more detailed attires and better looking scans. I would love to see a UE Legends version with a duffle bag and maybe even a hand that's molded holding the barber shears he used to shave jobbers' heads with.

Or maybe people asked for a Warrior with a little more tan in his skin like the real guy and Mattel went overboard and people noticed. I'm thinking that's it.

Eh, once I was on the fence, but now I'm thinking it's not so bad.... I wanted to see how it looked in my photos......

Mine arrived today. I took a picture without flash in comparison to the TNFT tan Hogan (& Rocky): I really like this figure. The tan could stand to be a smidge lighter, but I think it adds a lot to the presentation of the figure and the vibrant colors he has.

Your future as a Mattel employee is very, very bright should you choose that path, my friend. Carry on, my wayward son.

In certain photos, yes. He was a bodybuilder who was no stranger to a little bronzer. I fully agree he is too dark, it just doesn't bother me much.
