I feel AEW won't fix itself unless TK stops booking these "dream" matches that 20% of the viewing audience knows. I watch AEW, and then some random Japanese wrestler or Mexican wrestler, or even an indy wrestler debuts and Excalibur acts like it's Hogan facing off with Rock on Raw in 2002 with how excited and hyped he gets for it, and I am sitting there watching TV saying, "who is that??"
TK has a giant amount of former WWE stars in his roster. Not saying they need to be on TV all the time, but it wouldn't kill TK to have the Hardys, Jericho, Sting, Copeland, Mox, Claudio, Bryan, and others to appear weekly on Dynamite instead of having random guys you will see once every 6 weeks appear and have no clue as to who they are. AEW is not trying to be that other company. They are trying to be themselves. Ha! Even you don't believe that.

It's not that they have to be that "other company" but what worked to get eyes on WCW in 1996?? WWF guys! Fans tuned in to see Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and then Hulk Hogan be bad guys and try and take over WCW. By doing that, fans then get to see the likes of Jericho, Mysterio, Benoit, Malenko, Guerrero and become fans of them to the point where they all jump to the WWF years later and are known and appreciated.
All I am saying is it wouldn't hurt AEW to have WWE guys on their TV weekly for the casual fans to stumble across and watch. I mean, if he wants to book AEW like an indy fed, we all know how well that worked out for ROH.... the very company that Cody, Omega, The Bucks, Hangman, and others chose to leave to go work for AEW, only for the owner of AEW to buy ROH when it went out of business. There are lessons to be learned in all this, TK just refuses to learn them.

I get what you're saying 100%. But IMO AEW is fine with what they are doing. Sure, WB might force them to get better ratings, etc. but I don't think they strive to get 1.5-2 ratings. They're smart enough to know their style isn't for the mainstream. So if they wanted to really rake in audiences they'd change their style. And they haven't yet. Like I said though, WB may force their hand. But for now, they're a different brand and are proud of that.

Ha! Even you don't believe that. They even say they aren't though. Not sure what you're taking out of AEW. I mean you're obviously right here, they aren't trying to be WWE. It's not even a good idea to try to be like WWE in the first place. That market share is not available. The brand loyalty is among the strongest you can find. If there ever was a time that market share would be open it would be right now with all the um, news coming out. But that fan base has dug its heels in deeper. Chasing those fans is a fools errand and a sure way to sink a business.

IMO she doesn't hold a candle to Toni Storm or Jamie Hayter.

If TK thinks that she's worth that money then he's crazy. She's not a mega star who will sell out arenas and push ticket sales. If I was to attend an AEW event Mone would certainly not be the reason why I would be there.
She had one good year back in 2015, but since her WWE main roster run she botched like crazy and nearly ended Saraya's career. Her attitude also doesn't help. She basically blew a fuse last year at a signing when a guy asked her about dirtsheet rumours.
Also what will happen if she finds herself out of the title picture? Will she throw a hissy fit and walk?

If TK thinks that she's worth that money then he's crazy. She's not a mega star who will sell out arenas and push ticket sales. While that’s true, it’s also a bit unfair. Edge, Chris Jericho, CM Punk, Dean Ambrose, Cody Rhodes, Daniel Bryan, Sting, none of them are big stars, ratings draws or huge ticket sellers when they’re out of the big league. The idea of a new AEW signing being a “game changer” is just a meme. It’s unrealistic to expect Sasha Banks to be the exception to the rule, and I’m sure TK knows that.
