I think Kaufman would be received as lukewarm as Ali was. It was a territorial feud before most of our time that we only know about because of footage we’ve seen after the fact. Andy seems best suited in the Legends line than a SDCC exclusive.

Probably not possible, I think Hasbro owns the G.I.JOE license, but I wouldn't mind a G.I.JOE 2-pack of Sgt. Slaughter and Roddy Piper.

Hasbro and Mattel did strike a deal recently where they can use each other’s properties. I know it’s mainly for stuff like GI Joe Hot Wheels and Barbie Monopoly but maybe there’s an opportunity within this deal to something like wrestlers who were also in the Joe line that wouldn’t see a retail release.

I liked last year’s offering but admittedly it was a bit underwhelming. Especially considering they’re doing another boxer so soon and a basic ref that I’m sure will still be coming out somewhere.
