I put all of mine in several little plastic shelf units I have. Just the other day, the thing tipped over and fell on my head and onto the ground and I then had to proceed to organize them all (100's of them) again the way I had them. As of now, I have them broken up into four separate trays/categories: white/paler skin hands, tanner to dark skin hands, gloved or taped hands, and women's hands.

I keep them underneath my New Gen ring in the small white ringside stand boxes.

I keep them underneath my New Gen ring in the small white ringside stand boxes. Unique item to be pulled out from underneath the ring during a hard-core match.

I keep them in small bags but instead manually labeling each one, I simply cut the wrestler's picture from the box and slip it inside the bag.

I label each individual hand with a fine point dry erase marker so that I can keep track of them.

I’ve thought about throwing them all away on more than one occasion.

I have so many figures at this point that the majority of them are in acid-free plastic bags with all of their accessories.

I actually started tossing them. Unless they’re an odd skin tone I just throw them out. How many fists or accessory hands do you really need?

I have most of my stuff away in acid free bags to not eventually start melting the paint. This here. Exactly this. Labeled by right/left and sorted by type (Women's, AEW, Plain, Dynamic, POC, Painted, Non-Wrestling, and a very special baggie just for Kevin Owens left hands)

I have every figure I’ve opened since i started collecting in a numbered list. So i bought 1,000 little bags and stickers and number each one corresponding to the number figure they are on the list. Makes finding what i want slightly difficult since i have over 700 figures and probably 500 of them have hands, going to start organizing them in bags by character and letter of the alphabet eventually

For Elite, Superstars & Unrivaled figures I do individual sandwich sized bags with the name and series written on the outside in Sharpie. Ultimates, Super 7, Storm & the Powertown Ultras I keep all the non used accessories in the original box and store those in a closet. Supremes is kind of a mess so it’s a mix of original tray/bag for now. Got to organize those better.
I recently pulled a bunch of figures that I’m getting rid of so I need a day to pair them back with their accessories, which is why I don’t just chuck them all in a giant bag.

Acid-free? Now I need to buy new plastic bags!
I also need a label maker. I don’t wanna get carpal tunnel from writing wrestling figure information.

I recently bought a collection of loose figures from a guy in the town over. The only accessories he had for the figures are what they were wearing in the package and the title belts. I asked him if he had the other accessories and he told me he just throws them away when he opened the figures. I couldn't believe that lol.
