It super obvious what it should and has to be, Sting w/Darby Allin Vs Andrade El Idolo w/Ric Flair Sting Vs Flair has to be the feud as it close his career out in a full circle like moment Obviously at 75 Flair shouldn't actually wrestle so that's where Andrade comes in to fight and retire Sting on his behalf. While Darby had to be involved as well as pretty much Sting's whole AEW career has been tied to him and getting him more over. Bty also think it should be a anything goes match up and the actual main event of the PPV. I really hope TK goes all out for him and brings in some of his old buddies to build up the feud and cut promos and also be ringside for his final match.Think Luger,Steiner Brothers,Nash,Angle...ect Nash & Angle are contracted to WWE but it sounds like a good plan. Goldberg said he wants to be a part of Stings retirement so he'll probably show up lol.

I had read that andrade was gone, but idk Yep he's gone so throw my idea out the window. But still needs to be Sting Vs Flair as the final feud.Find someone else now that Flair can manage and be in the corner against Sting.I would now go with Ricky Starks or possibly Swerve Strikland. A younger guy gets the rub being Sting's final opponent.

If Wardlow didn't join Undisputed we could of had:
Sting & Darby w/ Flair
vs.
Goldberg & Wardlow

I saw a rumor that the Young Bucks are due to return soon.
Sting's last match I think obviously will be some sort of a tag match teaming with Darby.
Bucks Vs Sting and Darby in a PPV main event calibur match would be a real spectacle.
Sting/Darby just aren't in the midst of any long term feud outside of the Callis family stuff that has been going on, but I don't see that carrying all the way until Revolution in March. With that being said, seems like anyone can slide into a program with Sting to start building to the last match.
I think FTR would also be a fantastic choice and overall probably lead to a better match because how their style can compliment Sting's ability at his age.
But I'm putting my bet on Bucks Vs Sting/Darby for Revolution. I see it as a BIG TIME bout and like it or not, the Young Bucks really are the pinnacle tag team of AEW -- even at this later stage of their careers.

I don’t mind it being the bucks, Sting vs Darby would’ve sucked. In a perfect world the retirement match is Cody vs Sting but they really dropped the ball on that one from both Cody and AEW’s side

Passing the torch to Darby in a match is a hell of a lot better than a flip/flop extravaganza with two guys who haven't been around for a while and really have no storyline to do it. But hey, whatever the EVPs want.

See thoughts from general thread below: How and why involve the tag titles in a retirement match tho? Hotshot the belts to get them there. Then depending on which team goes into Revolution as champs (I'm supposing a token run for Stinger), an obvious handoff with Sting on his back or a win that would immediately involve finaglings to get proper titleholders again?

Sting/Darby vs Bucks is one of the best options tbh, nothing really else can top it.
