You know what? That is a good question as they were sold as a pair. When writing things up, I was simply going off of the back of their packaging (being listed as series 1). I have been in contact with Figure Collections recently and they could not have been any nicer and helpful. If I didn’t know any better, I would have assumed Mitch from Hasttel was running their account! Your question has been passed along and their response will be shared once it is received!

I just wrote a big long thing that got deleted so I’ll give a shorter version. I spoke with the fine people at FC and they shared the following with me:

-Headbangers are just waiting on final painting.
-Effy hasn’t been put up yet because they need a timetable for how long he will take to paint (requires a lot of detail). Once they know, they will put him up.
-Colt will be coming in January-February.
-Mike Chioda will be either up for pre order or in production around March/April.

They also shared a number of surprises with me for this line and the BCA line. I don’t have permission to share these things so I won’t be doing so at this time. I think some of you (and maybe one podcaster) will be excited about one of the prototypes shared.

sorry to be pedantic here, but when you say "coming" in this context, do you mean "coming" as in shipping from factory, arriving at FC's warehouse for distribution, or "coming" as in going up for pre-order in Jan-Feb, with production starting at some point after (probably around March onwards)

also, I REALLY hope the Chioda figure looks better than the artwork to date, as it would be good to get a few decent ref figures

They did not make that clear to me so I am using the same wording they used.

Headbangers are in final painting!  I was told they're about 20 days away but I'm hopeful it'll be sooner than that. We also have variants coming, limited to 250 units. They will NOT cost a dime over our standard edition figures. It's important to us to keep prices low even for limited items. Support the people that support you.  

Chioda will look different than what we've seen on packaging! Same with Colt, he will look different than what we've seen so far. I'm really happy with where things are at with the series 1 and we're working to fill out series 2. Trying to avoid the mistakes of other companies and backlog hundreds of different wrestlers, who then have to wait ages before they see a figure they agreed to do! 

Effy's molds are done and plastic has been casted. I expect this to take a little longer because of all the hand painting required for Effy. Maybe 60 days away from completion? We've already turned in the card artwork, its all up to our partners at the factory now! 

Colt Cabana's molds are expected to be finished by mid-November. We're projecting he'll be ready around January. We've held off on pre-orders for the rest of series 1 to get the production further along, so that the wait isn't as long between ordering and delivery.

sounds good, and sounds like you're actually using the lessons of the past to move forward in a productive way!

would like to see the Colt and Chioda figures, the currently advertised Colt does nothing for me, but if there is a much better look/design, I'd be interested in buying one

not sure about Effy though..... seems a bit of a niche character given the BCAs you've got - surely an Ultimo Dragon or Gillberg would have been a better seller?

Effy is a big independent star. He is really over with every crowd I’ve seen him work in front of (multiple promotions). His act is a little too adult for both AEW and especially WWE (he may be able to tone it down if either hired him). Though I agree he is niche, I would at least say that Effy might be a bigger deal than you realize.

Really cool - but it’s be waaaaaaay better if they swapped out the legs fit something other than jumper legs.
