Just AMAZING! I never thought we'd get the Quebecers since I heard at least Jaques didn't want anything to do with the business anymore.

This is that one missing hole I thought I'd never fill. These guys should have probably been in whatever set came after the Orange cards.

Mitch is just killing it with his talent choices, I was on the fence before but I gotta say, G&G's is the retro line I'm most pumped for at this point.

My only critique here again and it's the same with his New Rockers, I'd really prefer tag teams to have 2 different body types. I can't make out for sure from the image, but it looks like bodies are exactly the same? Piere should be heavier looking.

So Mitch is going the way of WWE Retros and fixing the Mabels and Moes by a slip protector/cover. Interesting. Works for me but I’m sure some will be bugged.

I don't know how to add iG posts to this but Mitch also showed a Raymond Rougeau announcer figure with the teaser of what else we should expect ... The Fabulous Rougeaus. Gotta give Mitch credit on very good character choices/signings. Didn't expect to have 3 Jacque Rougeau's in my collection but seems like that is where we are heading.


Also said on IG live that Godwins and Save are in the air being shipped now to him. Carlito and Duke the Dumpster going on sale this Friday for pre-order.


Can also order the Godwins and Savio now for the original price as he said has some extras and they are in the air. Would recommend ordering now if on the fence so you don't get price gauged .

But what if there are people who do want to buy them but are frozen out due to the cost?

What're they, $120-160 or something before postage? That's asking a lot for MoM figures, but then I'm not his audience. There will be people out there who do want those figures, though, and I don't really understand where the price has been gauged, but it was likely in the pub while he was drunk.

Mitch has now opened the MOM exclusives to UK buyers. Unfortunately still no EU/Germany.

Would anybody here based in US or UK be willing to order a set for me?

I don’t like his pricing policy, but cannot deny that the figures look great and capture the style of the good old era nicely. Summed up I would hate missing out.

It’s not about „don’t like it, don’t buy it“. Mitch tries to come along as peoples next door buddy, but is scalping his own line.
Also offering a repaint for such a high price comes along greedy.
I really want a Retro line like this to succeed and will definitely support it, but the way he is coming around is definitely triggering me the wrong way.

While Jacques looks great, Pierre is kind of a headache. While I can forgive the height, the wrong boots (he already wore pirate style boots) and missing belly would be a little disappointing. Also the headsculpt needs improvement. They simply had a different body size. Using 1 mold for 2 doesn’t work here. Let’s see how the final project turns out. Mitch has already proven that he is open for constructive criticism (Savio). In this case however it is not about only reworking a sculpt but he would have to create more molds for different bodies which would raise the costs significantly. I doubt he would be willing to do that.

Quebecers are a great signing, agree that the same poses and same body for Pierre, he should be fatter, is a lazy, obviously money saving option though.

Hasttel did a 40 minute live video last night. I only got to hear a short bit last night so I watched it this morning. Here is the video but below it are the key news items:

A little over 100 orders will get the new style packaging with resealing bubble/case. There is tape and aholographic sticker to show that it is still sealed for MOC collectors. People who are getting these will also get something extra I think? Mitch was very exhausted and delirious at this time so hopefully this is what he meant.

Mitch is going to offer a reward in the future for those who ordered MOM loose.

NYCC figs were going to be an in person exclusive at one point. He said something about the UK but I missed it.

King Mabel is 90% happening (and will come with crown).

Savio and Godwins are in the air and on their way right now.

Duke and Carlito go up for preorder this Friday.

Val Venis is still getting a figure.
Tatanka is coming “sooner rather than later.”

-Talked about possibly making a Trump figure (played to both sides and tried to not get political about it). Personally I think any startup business would risk losing customers over any controversial personality. I doubt anyone would care if George Washington or Jimmy Carter were to get a figure. Teddy Roosevelt would probably sell well (my words not Mitch’s)

Mitch incorrectly calls me a UK person. I have traveled quite a bit but I was born and raised in the USA and currently live in the Midwest.

Kurt Fuller prototype will be shown in the near future (from his Movie Superstars line).

The King Mabel is a good idea, hopefully not as a ultra limited exclusive though with a price tag that excludes most collectors, I’d like to get that one.

I hope he stays away from producing a Trump figure personally, he’s too divisive in my opinion.

Mitch did say there would be several hundred and it wouldn’t be as much as the NYCC exclusives. It would probably end up being $15-$20 more than the original which was $38 if I recall.

In this case you can at least justify some of it in that the order size is smaller, paint apps cost more, and the crown accessory would probably be the most expensive factor.

how he comes across is irrelevant. I’m sure this guy is busting his ass, never made a toy line, hundreds of emails, being bagged out left and right, it’s probably all pretty overwhelming and stressful, why shouldn’t he make some money for his effort. If people are willing to pay $150 for 2 figs and they’re selling out, no point complaining about it.
