Someone tell G+G that Thanksgiving Day sales are supposed to be "good". This guy has the nerve to jack up prices on these low quality products and call it a "Thanksgiving Day Sale".

Men on a Mission are selling well enough on Ebay he will be able to get away with it. It does really feel like he is punishing those of us that just got back into collecting. That's his model though, pre-order or pay through the nose.

he may have the talent signed, he's just not got the talent to deliver what they deserve

they’re selling, enough people must think they are good enough.

they’re selling, enough people must think they are good enough. FOMO is a big part of it - people think "This might be my only chance!" so jump right in at the preorder stage, buying doubles or multiples (with an eye on resales)
but when the production figures are finally revealed, there's usually a number of people who receive it, and go "Nah, it's not worth it" and immediately flip what they've got for the early sales opportunities on the secondary market
trust me - no-one will miss anything by not buying one at preorder, wait to see what the quality is of the finished product and then buy, if you think it's worth it. that's the best advice I can offer anyone in this market right now - just wait to see the finished goods to avoid disappointment.

That is news to me. Can you explain this any further? Did he use a Yokozuna mold and resculpt it for Mable for example or what is he doing? Not fully clued up on how the 3D printing side of things works but allegedly you can use an existing object (say the Hasbro Yoko for example) and then edit it on the computer to change certain areas and then print. Then use the printed “mold” to create the other figures. Think Sid from Toy Story with a computer 3poa, less digs at Mitch and more updates on Sabu. Please.

I purchased Mabel only originally. I was still iffy so didn’t grab Mo. Love Mabel and now want Mo. Too bad he isn’t selling either individually.

I messaged him on Instagram late September and Mo was for sale loose for £45, not sure if he still has any left.

Yeah deffo!! it’s personal preference. Some people are happy to pay up front for pre orders knowing they are taking a chance on quality, receiving a poor product or a product that you aren’t happy with - i’m sure we’ve all done it. I’m ok with getting a good price if you’re willing to buy “off the plan”. If he’s sold what he needs and considers it a success/profitable and then has extras that people are now chasing and after - and let’s be honest, regardless of product, these seem to be selling out pretty quickly, why not as a seller charge what he can and make the most money for his time and effort. Just my opinion. I haven’t bought any of these figures - the only reason is postage price to Australia is ridiculous! I can honestly say I would’ve bought all except Smoke Train if i thought shipping was reasonable.

Raymond is pretty good, but Jacques face looks nothing like him. I'm holding off on buying anymore until he proves he can produce a quality product. I really wanted to get these but will pass for now.

What is the demand for them in that gear? To me, zero. I hope others disagree
