About the Eddie Kingston/Jericho WM Exclusives

I found the Eddie a couple weeks ago and found the Jericho at the same Walmart tonight. They sold through all the Eddie exclusives they had but I've seen a ton of them around, so I'd expect the Jericho to flood shelves soon too.

I actually really like the figure itself, but had a friend tell me the head looks like Vince Neil and now I can't unsee it

Jericho's showing up in Connecticut now. Checked about a dozen walmarts this weekend and only one in Torrington had them though. Kingstons are already shelf warming hard in basically every walmart I have been to.

i feel like Kingston isn’t a big enough star to have been given an exclusive

It also doesn't help that walmart gets an insane quantity of these figs. One walmart I went to today still has a full row(at least 10 per row) hangman,wardlow,mjf and kingstons. It crazy. I also think a problem is the figs they choose aren't like exciting. If they had a malakai black or the danhausen with the cape. Even if the mjf had his devil mask, just something to Make them pop. The mjf fig is bland and boring the wardlow is like the same figure with purple and the Kingston is the exact same fig with a shirt and hat. I will say that the color of the Jericho fig does pop and clearly he is the most known out of the exclusives but I still think there is going to be a ton sitting around for a while.

I feel like target has chosen better exclusives darby always sells good, it was the first Adam Cole that made it to retail, and it was the first ever Samoa Joe. I know people said they’ve been warming in their area but those 3 moved very well in mine

One of the selling points to the company is that these exclusives are cheap. That is why they are all rereleases with a minor change.

Adam Cole is the first one I saw on the pegs at my Target, and out of the 10 or so they had, only one is left. Has Samoa Joe hit stores yet?

He has, I want to say, about a month ago. At least in my area, he didn't get released in the same numbers that Cole's exclusive was though. I think at the most, when I have seen him, there were maybe 2.

My Walmart just got 20+ Jerichos in today. Those on top of the 20+ Kingstons that were already there and I'd say these are the only AEW figures I will be seeing in my area for the foreseeable future.

This is one of the things that drives me crazy? We have 2 walmarts that I used to frequent but they were packed full of exclusives. As of like 3 weeks ago they still had a full peg of Hangman' 2 full pegs of mjf and a peg of wardlow. I assume they probably have a row full of Kingston and Jericho now also. My point is that they have not gotten any regular figures or if they did they have not put them out cuz the shelves are packed with exclusives. End rant. Lol

They really overkilled the release of these things. Like, seriously. It's annoying, since there's still Jungle Boy/SCU from Unrivaled 5, and Nyla Rose/FTR from Unrivaled 7 that REFUSE to go away at my local Walmart. I was hoping we'd get the Jamie Hayter and Ruby Soho sets coming in, but it never happened. Now with so many Jericho and Kingston, things will never move.

this is true but when the regular pegs are full of exclusives, the regular line will never be stocked. No shelf space equals no stock.

Well based on previous posts im not really reporting anything new but my one and only local retail store walmart is flooded with mjf wardlow and kingston. Probably x6,x6x10. No sign of jericho yet but even if he comes in im not sure where they would put him.

that’s what I’m afraid of, I don’t see Kingston selling anytime soon and of course every store seems to be getting him

You have to take one for your local wrestling figure community and buy them all up. It is God's will.
