His return at Extreme Rules last year was absolutely amazing.. and not even a year later he’s gone. Man this just sucks. One of the things I was thinking after hearing the news, was at least he got to know how much the fan base did love him. When it did his first promo in the ring, just seeing how emotional he got from the crowd showing him love was nice to see.

Just under a year ago he returned. I’m so gutted. So freaking young and to leave behind a wife and young kids like that. Life is never fair. They say the good ones go young.
RIP to a brilliant wrestling mind who did things different and didn’t shy away from thinking outside the box.

This one really hurts. I actually found out from my buddy as he was ringing me up at my local comic shop. I started crying in the car. Man, this feels like a punch in the gut.

Found out en route home from work hours ago and I'm still stunned and in disbelief. I'm probably going to be up all night watching some of my fave moments and matches of his. Was so happy he returned last year and was eagerly awaiting his return. So gutted that's never going to happen. Can't even imagine how Jojo and his kids are feeling right now. Just absolutely awful. Half of the Wyatt family gone. Just heart breaking in so many ways.

This is one really hit me. I'm actually sitting here speechless. I haven't felt this devastated since Kobe's passing.

WWE to donate money to his family. Very nice gesture.

Jesus. It’s a rough industry to be a fan of. It does NOT let up on the tragedies.
People always ask “should I get into wrestling?” As in, WRESTLE. They should start recommending people not get into it as a damn fan either. I wouldn’t recommend this constant grief to anyone.
It’s the best form of entertainment on earth. But MAN does it have a price. To wrestlers, fans and everyone involved

Did this guy really just say it would be nice if a wrestler had to retire due to illness?
Never change, WFigs.

I still don’t know what to say or how to process the fact that he is gone. This really hurts, I’m just devastated. What a creative mind he had, good in and out of the ring, on the mic, charismatic, and just a boon to the WWE.
SO heartbreaking. I’m heartbroken.

This news is definitely awful for me. I still remember Brodie Lee death and how it felt so unreal man. Bray definitely hits hard in so many ways. I was looking forward to his return, but I didn't know the reason for his time off was this serious. I honestly can't comprehend what's going on now. R.I.P to Bray and my prayers goes to his family through these rough times.

This is absolutely gutwrenching. Say what you will about his booking, it's not important. The bottom line is Bray was one of the truly great creative minds in professional wrestling history and I honestly think there will never be another like him. A beautiful soul inside and out taken far too soon.
Thoughts and prayers to his friends and family. Rest in Peace Bray. You will be truly missed.

Did this guy really just say it would be nice if a wrestler had to retire due to illness? Never change, WFigs. I don’t mean it like THAT, I’m just saying, when something goes wrong, MUST it always be the WORST scenario. In a perfect world, everyone is doing fine. I’m just saying, we get good or absolute WORST. Nothing in between…it seems. Not in a literal sense, I’m just saying. Seems like it’s always 0 or 100 in wrestling. I edited it though. I didn’t mean it like that

Bray is the 1st active wrestler in WWE to pass away since Eddie and Benoit

Gone way too soon... Lucky enough to see him live in 2014, along with Harper & Rowan. They were all definitely one of the highlights of that show, and Bray's match with Chris Jericho was fantastic. He was definitely one of, if not the most creative mind in modern wrestling, who put 100% into anything he did. RIP
