The fact that Mattel is even trying to say that "The Sultan" & "Fake Diesel" are FTITL Figs is a joke it's self. It's freaking Kane & Rikishi. So really the only true new legends were getting is Peter Miavia.

Honestly I'm surprised the Legends line is still kicking, I feel like every series has gone to clearance in my area.
Even with new faces in the line it still isn't flying off the hooks.

So really the only true new legends were getting is Peter Miavia. That’s hilarious, and very true. Fake Diesel with pretty much zero chance of ever getting a Fake Razor to go with him. What a joke.

With this many Hogans in the line this year, Mattel can afford to buy WWE and fire them instead!

Honestly I'm surprised the Legends line is still kicking, I feel like every series has gone to clearance in my area. Even with new faces in the line it still isn't flying off the hooks. Today I either saw empty pegs waiting for 19 to hit or Warrior/AJ from 17 for under $10 and Samu/Hogan from 18 on clearance, feels like some figures move throughout the three month or so period and some get an initial rush of purchases and then immediately fizzle out.

Oddly enough, of all the Superstars OP listed I can easily take a break from them, minus maybe LOD because LOD 2000 is a huge want of mine.
What I personally want to see is for more midcard talent to get signed. Dozens upon dozens of names from WCW, ECW, the Golden Era, New Gen, Attitude Era and Ruthless Aggression Era are without figures.
I mean this is only scraping the top but aside from Owen Hart and Chris Benoit, look at these names that don't have a Mattel Elite figure:
WWE:
Kona Crush/Crush Tony Atlas One Man Gang The Mountie Haku Dynamite Kid Mr. Fuji Koko B. Ware Jack Tunney (Great BaF idea!) Brooklyn Brawler The Genius Lanny Poffo The Killer Bees Barry Horowitz Giant Gonzalez Repo Man Mo (Men on a Mission) Slick Duke The Dumpster Droese Harvey Wippleman Adam Bomb The Smoking Gunns Luna Vachon Bull Nakano Ahmed Johnson Marc Mero Jeff Jarrett The Patriot Droz Dr. Death Steve Williams Savio Vega Essa Rios Flash Funk Marlena Hakushi Jim Cornette Aldo Montoya/Justin Credible Sunny (I know, not likely) The Bodydonnas The Godwinns The Headbangers (although this is to likely change) The New Blackjacks Truth Commission Kurrgan Golga Mideon Gangrel Al Snow Sable Funaki (How has Smackdowns "numbah one announcah" not had an Elite yet? Taka Michinoku Disciples of Apocalypse Linda McMahon Hardcore Holly/Bob Sparkplug Holly Crash Holly Spike Dudley Grand Master Sexay Shawn Stasiak/Meat Val Venis Test A-Train/Prince Albert (this is odd too because he's been working with the company forever) Gillberg/Duane Gill Steve Blackman Dan Severn Pete Gas Rodney Joey Abs Lillian Garcia (BaF execution) Jacqueline Ivory Snitsky The Coach Jonathan Coachman Maven Rico Chuck Victoria Queen Sharmell Jamie Noble Tony Chimel (BaF)
WCW:
Konnan Buff Bagwell The Disciple Billy Kidman Disco Inferno Brian Adams Steve Mongo McMichael Debra Vampiro Perry Saturn LA Parka Ernest The Cat Miller Ultimo Dragon Juventud Guerrera Psychosis Glacier Mortis/Kanyon Alex Wright Norman Smiley
ECW:
Raven Tazz Sandman Sabu Tommy Dreamer Mike Awesome Lance Storm Shane Douglas Tajiri New Jack Jerry Lynn Steve Corino Super Crazy Stevie Richards Blue Meanie Nova/Simon Diamond Little Guido/Nunzio
Out of all of these names, not a single one of them is available???

If Mattel don't have access to "Randy Savage" now, I'm sure Mattel will pump out more Hogan's and Warriors in his place. The disappointing part about this year's SDCC is no new legends especially from the "Attitude Era" and the Monday night wars era.
What I have gathered is these smaller toy companies are slowly signing legends to their respective line meaning Mattel won't get access to them until those contracts end.
Now if Mattel could have released 11 different "Undertakers" instead of "Hulk Hogan" I would have been happy.

Saying that the Killer Bees would sell big might be the funniest claim I’ve seen you make yet. I have the Classic superstars "Killer Bees" and that's enough for me. 👍

That's one huge list and I'll be surprised if Mattel can even get half of that done. That name "Mideon" is seriously needed since Mattel have released everybody else from the "Ministry of Darkness" faction.

I know Steve and Bill do everything they can but after Thurday's abysmal showing someobody needs to let WWE know that we NEED these legends and if they don't get signed soon the Mattel line might be finished sooner than later. Money should not be a factor after they just made a quabillion dollar sale. I'm not saying all of these people have got to be signed but at least half. 1 The Macho Man- How in the world is WWE not giving everything the estate ask for??? He is one of the big three with Hulk Hogan and Warrior. Mind blowing we're having this conversation. 2 Demoliton- 2 and 3 could be swapped but I putting Demolition here because they only have one set so far. Facepaint, leather and a huge name tag team equal money. How are we having this conversation?? 3 The Road Warriors-Again, face paint, spikes and a huge name equal money. 4 Ric Flair- So many looks they can still do with his robe collection. A toy maker's dream 5 Sting- This one is different since Sting chose to leave himself but again, throw money at him. HE'S WORTH IT!! 6 The Killer Bees- These guys wouldn't cost as much and you could probably just do one set but very toy worthy looks. Would sell big. 7 Hercules Hernandez- Not many looks but one name that would excite the middle age collectors that are at least 70 percent of the elite and Ultimate line base. Oh yea and get the freaking Steiner Brothers out as soon as possilbe, they DON'T HAVE TO BE ULTIMATES!! I know we will have a few smart mouths but honestly, out of all you raional thinking people would you not trade nicholas and Mike Cone for ONE of these guys?? I feel you will start seeing lines canceled if we go down the road that was started yesterday. another thread on your disappointment about the reveals? go outside for a day, turn off your computer... if it's so easy either apply to Mattel or put some money into starting a toy company yourself like Zombie, Chella, or Powertown. if you can't do that, I suggest you just be happy with what we get offered under the current CIRCUMSTANCES and SOONER than later you might get what you're hoping for.

The only problem was they refuse to make a proper weight belt
They go through WWE for legends and WWE ain’t hiring right now. There’s a ton of stuff they still haven’t done with the people they do have signed

If you thought WWE’s SDCC showing was poor, try being a Marvel Legends or Masters of the Universe fan. At least G.I. Joe stepped up. For America.

Is this thread cause they didn’t announce a 2nd round for the Nitro crowdfund?
Btw, the Mattel Jurassic Park crowdfund is also tanking so maybe it wasn’t a wrestling fig community issue after all

Thankfully, there are over a dozen Macho Man elites, and two ultimates already. There are multiple Ric Flair elites. The Road Warriors/LOD and Demolition have been made. It's not the end of the world.

I think sdcc announced too many figures I want and my wallet is pissed off.
New ftitl figs is a huge huge want of mine. Mr Fuji, Bad News Brown, The Genius, Haku, Barbarian etc. Year after year i hold my hopes up and then get the Goon and the Executioner. I know every Hogan sells and the same for Bret and Razor and Stone Cold. I'm a Hogan fan but deep cuts like Japan Hogan and pre Hulkamania Hogan don't do it for me. Why can't they sign guys who would yield multiple looks? Demolition would be great for elites ultimates retros coliseum collection and superstars. Also good for repo man and masked superstar and the machines. Crush would yield four looks at least and same for Mr Fuji and even Steve Lombardi as Brooklyn brawler, abe knuckleball schwartz and kimchee.
