My set was supposed to be here today, but it's not out for delivery yet, almost 2pm my time. It is at the nearest distribution center.
I had a GI Joe scheduled for April, then Wednesday night they said Feb 1. Thursday afternoon it was delayed to Feb 12. Around 3am this morning the delivery changed to Saturday.

That’s because Amazon sucks now. While other companies got better during the pandemic Amazon got worse and they still seem to be getting even worse. Seriously if it wasn’t for the need I have for the Amazon Exclusive McFarlane Parallax figure I have preordered I would cancel all my other preorders as well as my Prime membership. Because I am tired of paying for a service that they are no longer honoring. I would say in the last 6 months at least 45 of my last 50 preorders/orders haven’t arrived within the guaranteed two day prime shipping. I will be emailed saying my order shipped yet most arrive 3-6 days after it has shipped. And I only order things that have the two day prime shipping. And occasionally I will do that receive it today (or sometimes the next day) if you order within 2 hours and they still arrive 3-4 days later. They aren’t held accountable for anything anymore.

Any time I order from Amazon US it comes damaged. UK it’s very rare it’ll come damaged from my experience but US has been horrible for years

My box came damaged at the upper corner of the X. Doesn't show an option to get a replacement product. What do you think I should do?

Just got mine. Attires and packaging look amazing in hand but Razors head scan and those crack head arms look horrific. Looks like I have to get another ultimate Razor for the scans. Look at the hearts on the back of Shawn’s lower legs…

Kinda difficult to cancel a shipment that’s in transit, no? Not really. It was supposed to be here Thursday and it still hasn’t arrived and it says this on my order page. “We’re very sorry your delivery is late. If you have not received your package by today, you can come back here the next day for a refund” And even if it didn’t say that and I just decided I don’t want it after it shipped I can contact their customer service and cancel it. It would be inconvenient for them, but it can be done.

It’s supposed to be delivered by Amazon so they should be able to stop delivery on it. And what if the package is lost in their system, mis-delivered or stolen so we can’t return it? If the package hasn’t been shipped, that’s a different story. If the package is in transit and there’s just a delivery delay, it’d have to be delivered then sent back. That’s out of the sender’s hands at that point. If it’s mis-delivered, the delivery company will show that the package was delivered (somewhere), thus being eligible for either a refund or another item being sent.

I’m sure there’s a reason for the delay. Yes, they suck. Like I mentioned this isn’t a one off for me. Since the pandemic their service has been very subject. And I understood that toys weren’t a priority. But it’s 2024 now and we are out of the pandemic and I understand shipping delays happened and they don’t control when they receive the items. And I’ve been very patient with the Hush Batman they’ve been delaying every week since it was supposed to be delivered since Aug 18. (Hell, I know it’s been out since then as I found one locally last September) But I order tons of stuff through Amazon and like I mentioned earlier in this thread in the last six months alone at least 45 of 50 have been f’d up by them. Most have been not arriving within the two days once it’s shipped but rather arriving in 3-6 days. (Even if it’s an item that on their site says order by a certain time and receive it that day or the next day they always arrive after the date they said) other times items have been delivered without a shipping box. They just stuck a shipping label on the product. That happened 4 times with the last being the McFarlane Amazon Exclusive Lobo with Spacehog. The other three were two 12” Spin Master Batman figures and a flannel shirt. They have also delivered two items to the wrong address. We have a Drive, Ct and Lane in our development that all have the same name. We live on Drive, but they’ve delivered to the other two also. I mean what is the point of paying for the Prime membership if the reason I did it was for the “free” two day shipping if they keep failing to meet that service? Other than watching Reacher I don’t use any of the other services they have for Prime membership. I got it just for the free 2 day shipping. It’s just very frustrating because it’s not an isolated incident but rather the norm.

My order says delayed until Feb 4 due to severe weather. It's about 25 miles away and there was no weather issues in the area. It was mid to upper thirties, overcast, and maybe a light misty rain. That's not bad for New England in February. PJ, I didn't buy Lobo, but I got the second Batmobile with Keaton. Amazon had an option to request a box, so it had the brown McFarlane shipper box, the McFarlane case box (1 batmobile per case), then an Amazon shipping box. I didn't see this option for Lobo when I looked

I didn't see this option for Lobo when I looked I didn’t even see that option with the Batmobile either, but it came in the McFarlane shipper box (like Mattel’s UE outer boxes) as well as a normal shipping box. My Lobo set came like this… Hell, even if it came with just the McFarlane shipper box over this I would have been happy. But this was unacceptable. Good thing I’m not a MIB collector though.
