That Q&A was not very news worthy to be honest :-( I’m not surprised but I will judge for myself later when I have time to listen to it

So they’re going to start adding chest hair deco, they’re working on the staining issues, hopefully going pinless in the near future, themed rings are something they would consider if the interest from fans was there, they’re rushing Jeff Hardy out since he’s able to be back in the lineups now and they’re definitely teasing ROH figures in the future.
All sounds good but I don’t know if I’m buying any of it. I want these to survive and get better but Jazwares doesn’t have the best track record imo so far.
I also hope we really don’t have to wait until 2025 to get Jay White in our hands..

If they can work out some skin tone consistency, scale issues and goofy head sculpts, Jazwares can take this line to the next level.

That Q&A was not very news worthy to be honest :-( As far as the Q&A goes, and this goes for Mattel too, a lot of times obviously a ton of questions asked are answered before it happens or day of. This has been a regular occurence. Obviously I want to be conscious of the time of our team and the Jazwares/Mattel teams when these are recorded but questions are typically always similar. I try to avoid running down a list of "when will we get this-person-and-this-person" because that has been answered and explained so often. Typically I'll look for questions that I know give room for the teams to give as much insight into their processes as they allow and possibly find something that gives everyone stuff to look forward to. There are no guarantees obviously as it depends on what info the teams want to share in their answer but we give it a shot. I am not going to angrily turn the screws on these teams and yell at them for what people find as shortcomings, etc. like I think is sometimes expected, but I don't have a problem pressing and discussing issues, hence the two production questions we asked Magic in this case. Beyond that, I don't know what the expectations are in terms of being 'newsworthy' and I am happy to consider something more specific and as I've said before, if there's something you or anyone else wants asked that is more specific and still respectful that would better hit the newsworthy button my ears are always open.

Thanks, Tom. Not blaming you or Magic for that matter. These Q&A’s are great. I just meant there is only so much they, and I’m sure especially Magic, can hint at publicly in terms of what to expect from them in the future. I do appreciate that you also kind of prodded him in follow ups to the questions. Sometimes they provide more new info than others.

Tom always does a great job, and there have definitely been some good tidbits or areas where the team gave some added hints when pressed. Being blunt, I don't think there's much news for Magic to share right now. The last 3 events have basically been reshuffling the same lineups and figures. I'm sure they're working on cool stuff, but right now the priority should be figuring out how to get things going again.
