Thank you! I noticed the same, side by side. While I still love the Demolition figures, and told myself I would only be getting one of each character- if only to save space and money; if they ever do Demolition again, I just might have to break my own rules! You’re welcome friend … I know exactly what you mean about breaking rules, mine is that I’m only collecting NWA/JCP guys but if Brody, JYD and/or Jake the Snake are ever made then it’ll be “what rule?” LoL … on a side note, I woke up to an awesome surprise this afternoon, big Dust was finally delivered & added to my growing collection (he’s number 3 in hand) … I had no idea Ups ran on Veteran’s Day, I was expecting him tomorrow Brody was pipelined for next year. Jake, I believe, still has a WWE Legends deal, though other companies seem to be able to get around it (or are simply taking a chance). JYD, though, if PowerTown is any indication, could be an intriguing option. So, what do you think of Dusty? |

Dusty is fantastic … the BRG figures have made me practically lose interest in Mattel & just focus primarily on collecting these … can’t wait for the Road Warriors & from the sounds of conversation here earlier they should be right on time next month … also, I’m seriously considering ordering a second set of the Rock n Rolls to display loose along with the Moc figures before the preorder window closes |

They've got to do Demolition again - they've made too many great improvements since series 2! Demolition is printing money  Ring gear without entrance jackets, perhaps? Getting a Crush figure as well would be nice. |

Just saw the latest Major Pod short on YouTube, an unboxing of Cardona getting some MOC LJN figures. Toward the end, there seems to be a teaser of the upcoming King Haku BRG, flashing the TTD art and LJN style pose! Definitely worth a look! An absolute must-buy figure! I can’t wait for that one to come up for order.

The Big Gold looks awesome.
Plenty of companies used the Winged Eagle design by Reg Parks, I wonder if a generic version could be done for BRG?

I prefer that over king haku but will definitely still be getting it Considering they also pipelined Tonga Kid/ Tama, I would guess Haku will be made in both looks. That said, it’s possible they first test the waters on King Haku, since that was the unreleased final black series one and we got an Islanders’ Haku already in the LJN line. |

Haku looks great. These appear to be hitting a new level. Might end up with a few of these and a few wrestling buddies under the tree this year. Surreal. Big shots are killing with the classic wwf releases. Im assuming diesel will drop any day now

One thing I find that's not mentioned nearly enough is the updated sculpting, especially with the trunks. It's even more apparent when folks compare their old LJN Hacksaw to series 6 BRG Hacksaw for example, I mean yes, LJN's are 30+ years ago and probably first sculpted with clay, but LJNs now look like they are wearing speedos whereas BRGs accurately showcase how wrestling trunks are supposed to fit.

Couldn’t agree more! As someone who admires my LJN collection with the bias of nostalgia, I can still admit that the craftsmanship detail of these figures, wave by wave, far exceeds the original line. It’s good to see Haku will be close to what was originally planned. I think that is what most collectors (not just wrestling figures) want when it comes to unreleased items.
On the topic of Demolition - I would get a set if they ever did Crush. My rule prior to that was always just Andre…but Demolition Crush was special to me.
The Andre in that video was spectacular. I know it’s still a ways off but I’m looking forward to seeing what kind of displays Matt comes up with once his house is built. The thing that really got me back into collecting was seeing all of the cool setups and displays people had. There was an idea mentioned on the Pod a few weeks ago that I hope they follow through on which is showcasing different fan’s collections on YouTube.
