Sounds like they topped off yesterday around 60K according to TK. They got three months to sell the other 30k.

lmao this is how the energy in this thread feels from a couple people this is good for wrestling as a whole and that's inarguable, idk why people are so upset. We should be happy to see more events outside of the US.

This event selling so well can only mean good things for pro wrestling. Very excited to see what they come up with for it.

Selling that many tickets for a ppv 1 week before a ppv with no matches announced is a hell of an accomplishment. UK fans get left out a lot imo and they deserve things like this.
I already know the crowd will be absolutely nuts.

Once they start announcing the lineup & matches then it’ll sell much more... it should be a fun show.

I keep bouncing between attending or just hoping it airs in theaters. I have the Miles for a free plane and hotel ticket, but for me it's all about sitting close. I haven't even looked on the secondary market. If I can get first few rows I think I'll do it.

Going to Tokyo and Australia in October though so I’m not sure if I should spend that much or not.

Where would you be flying out from? I had a quick look on skyscanner.net and if you were able to go out of NY for example it could be around $750 return, assuming you just wanted to do a weekend trip. Of course hotels in London are about another $150 or so per night too.

But I might've found a way to bring it down to around $900 or so. On skyscanner I searched one way from Dayton to Gdansk, Poland (other small EU cities may work) that connects through Washington and London for about $500. You simply leave at London and don't go to Gdansk. The return leg which you book as a separate one way journey can be done for about $400 London to Dayton via Orlando. Bit more hassle with long wait times in airports but it's a good way to save money.

I'm in Brooklyn so I'd be out of NY. I guess I'll check out hotels. Sooo tempted to go.

Anyone travelling from abroad who doesn’t know the area that well…
London will be a very expensive stay for the weekend. Would highly recommend looking at a place called Watford. It’s 10-15 minutes on an overground train from Watford Junction Station to Wembley Central station. Wembley stadium is then another 10-15 minute walk from that station.
Hotels in Watford will be a lot cheaper than central London and then you don’t have to mess about with the London Underground.
Plenty of bars and pubs on the walk from the station to the stadium also so can save some money on food and drinks before arriving!

Lowest price I saw for 2 nights was £248. Several places in Central London for around that and less. Pimlico and Paddington Station areas are good places to check for prices around £200. There's also an area (Hayes) slightly north of Heathrow with prices averaging £150 for two nights. Keeps you close to the airport.

happy to see UK fans getting some major wrestling PPV's in their neck of the woods but this will have to be something I watch the day after. It will start at Midnight for me and end around 4am which is a big OOF for a Sunday with work the next day.

They still on 62K apparently but I’m hoping they hit 70-80K by the time the show starts... I’m even still hoping that they sell out the whole thing!

Was always likely to stall after those who wanted tickets no matter what got them. It'll pick up again once the card is confirmed and people decide last minute to go. Those first few days were very exciting, watching tickets sell rapidly. In a bit of a lull now and I'm not thinking about it much due to upcoming holidays and WWE MITB. But once those are done I can let my anticipation grow.
