If that JJ scales somewhat well with the Mattels, I’d be tempted but the wait and price point are probably going to be ridiculous The wait is what it is for high quality independent toy companies. But I can’t bring myself to paying more than $50 for 1/12th scale (elite size) figures.

I’m not impressed with the shape of Bundy and Abdullah. The detail is there but something is just off about them. It’s almost like they wanted to use there billed height instead of their actual height which makes their torsos look longer or misshapen. Because I collect so few things in this scale, these are all a pass from me. Now Abby in a Hasbro scale? Sign me up!

I’m itching to get more info on the 6” scale Bundy. I’m really hoping the price point isn’t too absurd, and is more in line with PowerTown. Bundy is one of those icons of the golden era to me that hasn’t been immortalized well since his LJN. I have his Mattel Legends, which looks good MOC, but the figure itself isn’t great to me. I think this one will blow it away! Hopefully it’s not too far off since it was shown at WrestleCon.

as someone said earlier, it's more like Krang's body from TMNT than Bundy
I get he can't directly copy the Mattel body design, but what is going on with the neck articulation for the bigger figures? it's almost like their articulation is inside the torso rather than the head sitting on a neck peg

That type of neck works for a big, fat jowly guy like Bundy or Abby. I'd have to see it at different angles/positions though.

Interesting. I was expecting a PowerTown style deluxe box. This makes me more hopeful that the price point could be reasonable. Really hoping for around $50 per figure max.

That looks fantastic tbf. Are the arms and knees double or single jointed, do we know?

I wish Mitch would keep announcing people, it’s the e fastest way to get these made 😂
In all seriousness though it looks fantastic and I’d love to get it if cost and shipping are anywhere near reasonable. Expecting to pay a premium, just hope I can get it to me without tripling that premium.

so he's releasing JJ, but not the iconic guitar?
or will that be in a separate ziploc bag?

^^^Correct answer. The *only* time I can recall Jeff using a guitar in his first real run was against Ahmed and it was not an iconic moment. Adding to that, his gear from that moment wasn’t exactly a classic look either. Reminds me more of a “Rockers leftovers” pattern. Getting off topic just for the moment, Jeff had been rocking similar looks earlier in his career; they just didn’t become his most memorable attire. You can see a very similar look at 1:16:
