In regards to Tazz malenko Lynn Anderson, Sting. Can they even make wrestling figures of them since wwe owns there ecw wcw and wwe/ wwf looks ?
I think illumaries would have been ideal but only Jericho because most of hid looks are owned by wwe

Pretty sure the Owen figure answers your question. Definitely not Taz or Malenko. Maybe Jerry Lynn in his Impact look? And no to a Surfer Sting unless he starts dressing in some version of it in AEW.

Jakks made a couple Surfer Stings while he was in TNA. As long as they aren't using trademarked images, it'd be fine. Like Taz wore a black singlet. I don't see how that's property of WWE. They couldn't make the ECW title for sure though.

What they can do and what they're willing to do may not be the same. Small sample size, but all indications are they working from a very limited scope.

I'm sure if they just put him in a black singlet with FTW on the back they'd be be fine. Like you said, obviously no ECW belt, but we all probably have at least one of those from Mattel at this point. FTW belt could finally happen, though.

I can see them being cautious about doing any looks exclusive to WWE, WCW, or ECW. But we've seen Jericho in a look he had in Mexico and Owen in his attire from Stampede, which is a company where WWE owns the tape library. Malenko wore basically the same attire in Japan as he did in WCW and WWE, so that seems fair game. Jerry Lynn could be based on his look from the independents or Global. Even with Sting they could maybe do his Mid-South/UWF look. Taz would be tricky, because he was the Tazmaniac with longer hair before adopting the Taz gimmick in ECW so I can see them not touching that one. So I think there are options to make more legends, just not in the looks that people probably want most.

I would like to see Paul Wight or Mark Henry When they announced AEW bought the rights to Captain Insano, I was hoping it would be a figure. I’m sure Wight will get something released at some point in ring gear since he’s had an AEW match. Curious if we got anything beyond suited for Mark Henry but I’d pick it up regardless.

Ya I think Capt. Insano would be a great Ringside Exclusive figure.

Jazwares can do what they want as long as they don't use trademarked logos. But even if true, they can find attires those guys wore in Japan or elsewhere.

SO I have often wondered how that works exactly. Like if AEW had Sting come out during one episode with a jacket and gear, and facepaint, along that would look exactly like the figure that was cancelled from WWE Legends, could Jazwares then make that exact same figure in their line?
Or what if they did a 'Night of Jericho', where Jericho appeared in multiple segments, dressed in various gears he has worn throughout the years. Would those one time appearances then allow Jazwares to make figures of those appearances?

I presume it's more along the lines that, if WWE made or designed your ring gear, you can't use it elsewhere if WWE own the rights to it.
So Glenn Jacobs could show up to AEW, but he couldn't wear any of his own ring gear as that was all put together by WWE. So Jazwares wouldn't need to worry about making it. Even if Kane did wear it, there'd likely be a legal letter on it's way to him in the post reminding him not to do it again (and still no figure would be made, as Jazwares would need WWE permission to use their logos, designs, etc. which WWE obviously wouldn't give them).
Obviously if it's a case that the wrestler themselves own the logo/rights, then they can do what they want (Tazz obviously owns the belt and FTW logo, for example).
Jericho is interesting, in my opinion. Jericho's real name is Irvine, I believe, but he owns Jericho. However, he doesn't own 'Y2J'. So you won't see the Y2J name/logos used on AEW, but he'll be called Jericho wherever he goes. But Cesaro is owned by WWE, hence a new name in AEW.
I actually thought that Paul Wight owned "The Big Show" to be honest.

I don't see any real issue with those other than "but would it sell?"
Taz - clearly the biggest hurdle is the name, and they already proved they can make a Taz figure. He owns the rights to the FTW logo and moniker so its really up to him and if Jazwares feels it'll sell.
Dean Malenko - If they can make a Corazon de Leon Jericho they can do the same for Dean.
Jerry Lynn - Could easily make a Ring of Honor Jerry Lynn, don't see what could be the hold up. Its not like he had any kind of logos on his tights.
Arn Anderson - This one might be tricky, but not because of WWE and Mattel but really on if Jazwares sees value in such a bare bones figure. Plus, we don't know how much longer Arn is going to stick around. Let's see how his modern one does.
Sting - Its really just a matter of when I think. He wrestled in 2021 in a singlet already. He clearly owns the rights to the name seeing as how his last Legends figure got pulled when his deal expired. Otherwise why not put it out like they did the Fiend. And if Jakks could make a classic Sting figure, I'm sue Jeremy will figure out a way to do it again.

Going the other direction, I was kind of hoping for a modern day Jake Roberts. I have all of his figures besides the LJN thumb wrestler, so now there's kind of a hole in that collection.

How we don't have a modern ECW or WWE Tazz figure is insane. He's one of those weird cases that fell through the cracks.
Maybe one day he can suit up in AEW in a new singlet and AEW can then make him. I highly doubt he'll ever go back to WWE so we may have another guy who we'll miss out on in figure form.
