Some rumors saying Henry Cavill could be the MCU’s Cyclops. That would be fantastic. Lots of rumors connecting Cavill to the X- Franchise....some reports have him as Wolverine too. Should they go with a different look for Wolverine than what Sony did with Hugh Jackman? Should they go with a shorter actor to match the comic book look? |

Should they go with a shorter actor to match the comic book look? Wolverines shoes are going to be so tough to fill after Jackman. He's been playing tge role for 24 years....by contrast we've had 3 different Batman actors since 2012 🤯 I dunno how the hell they go about it but I know one thing...Marvel Studios haven't struggled a day with casting. They've got a great eye for that....even in this creative lapse they're having. |

Them going with the shorter version from the comic books may be better so the actor doesn't have to be compared to Jackman. |

LFG. Perfect way to start the week, getting the new trailer. Loved the jab having the store called Liefeld’s Just Feet behind Wolverine and Deadpool, and the name dropping Feige at the end. So glad they were able to convince Hugh to don the claws one last time, it looks so good.

Here in the UK when the X-Men animated series started in the early 90s it was shown as part of the DJ Kat Show on Sky and I was in on it from the start. I already knew who the X-Men were thanks to my dad being a huge comic book fan when he was a kid and this was a show that he would watch with me before he went to work on a morning. Anyway, X-Men 97 is so good, it more than lives up to what came before it and it makes me wonder how Disney/Marvel can top this when they do their live action X-Men! Also, I have been clearing out my attic and I came across this little gem, It is not worth anything, but it is awesome to have and it is in mint condition, it is just the bag that is kind of gross. I am donating most of my comic books and graphic novels to my sons old primary school and also giving some to the school where my wife works, but some like this one I am keeping.  |
