So I ordered 4 CM Punks and a Jade Cargill on 4/1/21 about 5 mins after they went up I still have yet to receive any shipping notification or any update other than "we appreciate your patience and we promise it'll be worth the wait" worth what wait?what could make it worth the wait? Everyone I know has recieved 3 punks, full sets, single punk's, you name it. I would hope this is just a snafu but seriously this has me not wanting to order anymore and to cancel all my orders and preorders as well. I know my orders are just a drop in the bucket but I'm a loyal customer throw me a bone here. Dude by the sounds of it being “worth the wait” Ringside might send you a chase CM Punk. Well maybe not now that you’re being a crybaby about it and putting them on blast. 🤷🏻‍♂️ It’s pretty normal for people who ordered full sets first to receive their orders before people who ordered individual figures. |

I ordered one Punk on the first day, and the label was made on the 1st and hasn't been sent. Just, be patient, it will get there, just like mine.

Not just people who received full sets there are people that have received three single CM punks two single CM punks, a punk and a jade, and various other orders. It's been almost a week and I'm still waiting. If there's no chase it's definitely not worth the wait. And you can call me a crybaby all you want If it were your order and you were here waiting a week later you'd probably be making the same post. Especially if you were supposedly in pre-order one. I'm in preorder one for Punk, Jade, Cody, and Hangman with no shipping notice, and I'm not making a whining post because some people got toys before I did. Grow up. |

I agree in a perfect world everyone who ordered first would get priority but unfortunately that’s not the case. |

They’ve barely had two days to send orders out so far, and today is day three. There’s no priority for ordering ASAP, so regardless of your thoughts on that it’s just not the way they do it. Jack said there are a lot of orders to process, so they aren’t all magically going to get out to all of us in an instant. My order has yet to ship as well, but I like to give it about a week before I start to worry that they may have missed it.

It's been a minute since I've seen one of these lol. Man people get riled up about this stuff. I think a lot of the queuing seems to be based more on shipping method than order date. Would make sense from their perspective. Get all the shipping labels for fed ex, package and ship those. Then do the same with USPS, etc, etc. (I have no idea how many shipping options they have just saying it would make sense to me to organize it that way). Orders wouldn't get shipped out in "priority order" but they'd probably save hours and hours of time overall in terms of getting all the pre orders out. If I was in their shoes that's absolutely how I'd do it.

I'll never understand that when you pre order something, if 1 person gets theirs before you then you immediately put the company on blast? You've been patient for nearly 4 months, another couple of days won't kill you. This is pure childish, give the company time to pack thousands of orders. The packers are human, and I'm pretty sure they aint getting every order boxed and posted 5 minutes after the shipment arrives in their warehouse.

My two Punks arrived today. Initially got a shipping label on July 1, but didn't move until the weekend and Holiday ended yesterday. That's likely the holdup.
