I personally think that jakkks is the greatest line of all time. To be specific their classic superstars are the best. But I want to know what you guys in the community think the best wrestling action figure manufactuere is.

Jakks brought us many great things beginning with the BCA’s which is what I grew up on. Their advent of the real scan technology and their deep roster of Classic Superstars was them at their best. I also really loved the die cast championships. I still have them all.
I went with Mattel for my vote though. The details on their figures and innovations are suburb. They also have done a great job with their classic superstars which I like.

Voted Mattel but if Storm were to regularly release wrestling figures might vote differently.

Mattel Elite has definitely become the standard in the industry. Jazwares AEW is making some good stuff, but they were obviously piggybacking off of Mattel.

Went with Hasbro because that is the company from my childhood, and I still love the old Hasbro line. But I think Mattel has made the best figures overall.

I loved the Toybiz figures and both times they ended right before their figures were starting to get really good.

There'll never be another company I have fonder memories of than Jakks, I still buy their figures every week now. They had such a wide range that you can pick any of their lines and have a hella fun time collecting them. Classic Superstars is, for me, still the greatest line of all time with Hasbro's. Those two are the GOAT's.

Jakks built my childhood memories. But Mattel has outshone them in sheer numbers and quality.

Popy released 10 figures for their "Super Professional Wrestling" line in 1981. All 10 were released in Japan where they were wrestling at the time: Abdullah the Butcher, Andre the Giant, Antonio Inoki, Bob Backlund, Dory Funk Jr., Harley Race, Hulk Hogan, Mil Mascaras, Stan Hansen and Terry Funk. The figures stand 5.5" and have articulation at the shoulders and waist. I own all 10 loose. Hogan was the first Popy I owned and still my favorite. Attachment Deleted

I could never understand the playability aspects of Popy, the light, hollow plastic coupled with the way they were moulded into that superhero pose... But I get the attraction for other collectors, especially for display.
I chose OSFTM, simply because nobody else did and I wanted to show my appreciation for the company.
From the LJN style WCW figures,of which Vader remains one of my favourite figures, to the CMLL line that brought us the likes of Ultimo Dragon and Vampiro, right up to the ECW line that I adored. Vibrating WCW figures not withstanding.

I never understood why LJN chose that style for their WWF figures, why not their Advanced Dungeons & Dragons style?
