How is Jazwares CS?

My girlfriend who got into rasslin about a year and a half ago thanks to AEW was super excited to order her first fig from Ringside. It was the exclusive Blood and Guts Britt Baker pack. She got it but there was 2 of the same head sculpt. She emailed Jazwares but having never dealt with them before, how is their customer service? Do they offer to replace the mispacked fig? Or send something of equal value even if its a blind bag draw (like Hasbro does with their QC issues)?

From what i have seen/read online, some have been sent replacement parts from Jawards/local customer service.

Ok similar to what Mattel did with the mispaint Ultimate Kane arms? Parts in a baggie. She tried RSC but they just said to contact Jazwares direct. She was wanting to keep it in package but I think she will break the seal.

They sent me a new Sammy when mine had messed up arms. But Sammy was a mass retail figure. A RSC Exclusive they may not have anymore to send a replacement.

They’re great. I told them my Mox had a broken neck joint. They had me take a pic of the figure and the receipt. Before I knew it, they sent me a replacement and didn’t ask for the old one.
