Hello,
Hope everyone is well.
Looking at starting collecting Hasbros again, I've been offered a joblot for £600, 64 loose figures total. The rarest ones in the collection are -
Bart Gunn Billy Gunn Adam Bomb
The collection also includes the below -
Yoko Giant Gonzalez Shawn Michaels (white pants) Jannetty Doink Kamala Macho (white jacket) Andre Mr Perfect (blue) Steiner bros
Do you think £600 is a fair price - or would that be too expensive? I know the three green card figures can go for a decent amount by themselves, but not sure if that's just a bit of a bubble and the value will drop back down on those 3?
Any feedback would be much appreciated, thanks!

That seems a little high compared to the last time I looked at prices but it has been a while. If they are mint condition (loose) then it seems closer to fair. If they are flawed then I would suggest hunting them down elsewhere/individually. Your best bet is to check the individual sold price for each figure on auction websites and also glance at available or sold lots.

is that about $677 American? If so that seems pretty fair because that $10.50 per figure. unless my american/european conversion skils are off lol. Loose Figures can go for a lot higher then that on ebay. especially the green cards

Thanks for your reply.
I did check sold prices on eBay - and the 3 green cards were selling for approx £125-£150 each. Ans the other bunch I mentioned were all going for between £20-£40.. but as I said, not sure if that's just a bit of a bubble and they will come down in price.
I guess you're right regarding the condition they are in, I've only seen a couple of photographs - so it's hard to tell (they look fine, but I guess the action movements might be broke on some of them).

If you haven’t seen clear pictures I’d avoid it.
Why spend 600 without really knowing the condition of what you’re buying?

It would be cash on collection.. so if they are in bad condition I just won't go through with it.
The paintwork etc look fine on the images of them all laid out on the table.

IF they are all mint, it's fair. If actions don't work on almost all, forget it

Condition is everything. I wouldn’t waste my time on figures missing paint or accessories.
If the condition is good, I think the price is definitely worth it for the figures you mentioned. Mint condition loose Green Cards (minus Kid) can easily run $150-$200 USD each now.
