First Im wondering if there is already a list for this and if so where, and if not what figures that we currently know of, are out of scale?
I just got the Darby/Moxley 2 pack and realized almost instantly that Moxley was way too tall. He's the same height as my UE Hollywood even though it should be a 5 inch difference yet Moxley towers of Cena who is an inch shorter. Is this all Moxley figs so far or just this one? What others are too far out of scale that you can obviously notice?
Sorry for all the questions (especially if they've been asked and answered elsewhere this section of the forum has quickly filled up with threads so that searching is next to impossible) and thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

His AEW Series 2 figure is super tall as well. Makes his Mattel elite figure look like Rey Mysterio

WWE and AEW are not in scale. We can’t use WWE figures as a basis for AEW heights

Conspiracy theory here, but I've assumed that the reason Hangman and Mox's figures are way too tall is so when compared to wwe figures they seem like Mox and Hangman are big guys like Roman or Taker. If a child added aew to their wwe figures and the aew guys are taller they might think the real wrestlers are bigger too and maybe help make them aew fans? If I'm making a new toy line that's going to compete and be mixed with an existing line that's been around for many years, wouldn't it make sense if my main guys toys are bigger than the existing line's main guys?

The most over guy in AEW is small (Darby) so that doesn’t really make sense It's not all about physical attributes, some guys are just super charismatic. Darby definitely has "it", not only does he look cool, but he can go in-ring and his 'I will not die" mentality is probably why people like him so much. I'm just saying, you put real life Darby next to Braun, or their figures next to each other and who do you think most people/children would think would win in a "fight"? I'm just saying, if my goal is to sell toys to kids, I think I'd want my toys to be bigger or as big as the main line of toys being sold. Regardless if the person the toy is based on is actually as big as the toy I make. I guess, I could make a Darby that is in scale to be 7-feet tall, but the fanbase would probably not let me get away with that, but I don't understand why Jazwares would continue to make Moxs and Hangmans that don't scale with their real life counterparts while they do make guys like Orange Cassidy and Jungle Boy that do. Just a conspiracy theory I have. I'd love to actually know the decision process of how toy lines are made, and how body pieces are chosen to make each individual figure. I assume the Bucks in series 1 are the exact same bodies, but with different heads so that helps with initial amount of body mold pieces required?

Children are the ones least likely to care how big someone is. Rey Mysterio sold millions of masks and toys

Yeah, exceptional bigness, Andre-level or even Braun-level bigness, matters to a kid, but they're small. They're going to see wrestlers as larger-than-life in general.
Shida and Riho are definitely out of scale. Shida's like Etsuko Mita height on my shelf (that was a totally cool and necessary joshi reference, ask your local shut-in).

Moxley, Matt Hardy, Kazarian, and all the women are out of scale for sure. I have a feeling John Silver will be too tall as well

I do get where you're coming from, but I feel like if that were the case they would be doing it with more guys than just Mox and Hangman (Cody, Kenny, Bucks, Jericho, etc.) Feels more like mistakes with those two guys (and on Mox's part a bit of an overcorrection, since his WWE figures seemed a bit too small.

Always seemed to me like Cody (and maybe Nick Jackson) were too small. Everyone else makes sense if you have those two as the middle ground between the short guys (Omega, other Jackson) and the tall guys (Moxley, Hardy).
I haven't seen anything beyond Series 3 though.

Children are the ones least likely to care how big someone is. Rey Mysterio sold millions of masks and toys children really go for cool, athletic and colorful. Mysterio like you said along with Jeff Hardy, Rob Van Dam and John Cena were lots of peoples childhood favorites Ultimate Warrior and Macho Man too for older generation

The Bucks are fine, one is taller than the other and so are their figures. Or at least Unrivaled 3 was. I believe Cody is slightly too short

I have a feeling John Silver will be too tall as well I have the black attire Kaz & Sky and yes I can see that Kaz is a bit too short but tbh I was thinking of getting another Scorpio Sky to swap the legs onto Kaz. I know it's not accurate attire for him but it matches his partner and will fix the issue as far as I can tell from eyeballing it

Silver is on the Kaz buck so yeah likely too tall ( which is ironic since Kaz is actually too short Hardy & Mox are both easy fixes to bring them into scale Nick is fine it’s Cody that’s always been too small The latest Dustin is improved on from the original version
AEW line runs a tad bigger than WWE/MATTELS
For those interested there’s a Good explanation here about the size difference / also keep in mind the whole worked / shoot heights and how they play into things as well

The line hasn't been perfect on scale, but no line is. They adjusted Dustin for his second figure, so I give them credit there. Mox still seems a bit too tall, Cody too short and thin, and the women have been inconsistent. But I can say the same for Mattel.
For me, the lines display well enough together, sizing has largely been pretty consistent, and I think they've done a solid job with the parts library. I don't get too bent out of shape if the guy who is 6'0 is more like 6'1. As long as the guys who are 5'6 aren't taller than the guy who is 6'1.
