Quick question, I just so happened to put a Deluxe aggression John Cena next to my AEW UM1 Dustin Rhodes today, and it looks like they are in scale. Is the AEW line in scale with Deluxe Aggression? If this is true, do the Jakks TNA figures end up in scale with AEW too?

Difference is Cena is supposed to be 6’1 and Dustin 6’6 I think

Nope. Dustin, Moxley and the Hangman in tights are all too tall compared to the rest of the AEW line.

Welp, if you give me a bit, I can stand the Series 1b Brandi Rhodes, the TNA Angelina Love, and the Classic Superstars Luna Vachon all next to each other to see how they compare. All three of those women are billed as 5'6" so that might give you some heads up. I could even throw in a TTL Lita, an RA Jillian Hall, and both the Ultimate Edition and Elite Becky Lynch figures as well. 5'6" is a very common height for women in wrestling.
Unfortunately, I can't help you as far as the men go. I don't own any TNA Men's figures.
