This kid can work. This kid looks great.
I don’t know what to think.
Of any young kid being called a “prodigy” right now…Austin Theory, Breakker, Jungle Boy, on and on and on.
This kid is at the top of that list.
Taz has great genes.

I just watched the match on YouTube to see what all the hype was about.
He was okay. I don't see him being a huge star at the moment. He still looks like a kid in there to be honest, much like how Dominik Mysterio looks on Raw in the ring.
But with all that being said, it's cool to see Hook wrestling his father's style, but not being his father. It's not like he's trying to be like Taz, but trying to be more so the first Hook. So I will give him that much.

All I could think the whole time is “take off the damn necklace.” Isn’t this supposed to resemble a sport? You call me dirty all you want, but if I’m fighting you and you have a stupid necklace you’re getting choked. If you have stupid nipple rings/eyebrow rings, those are fair game too.

the one thing AEW shines at is their next generation of superstars, this list is almost endless - Darby, Jungle Boy, MJF, Dante, Sammy, Orange, The Acclaimed, Garcia, Starks, on and on and on, now we can add Hook. it's crazy!
