I've never understood the attraction to Glacier, myself. Same with the BWO, Gilberg, etc, they're all passes for me. Savage is one I'll be looking to get, and despite Ultimo being the same size as the other BCA line, I'll be happy to pick him up as well. Imo it’s the internet age wrestle crap fans who like those gimmicks They like them in an ‘ironic’ way - not because the gimmicks were actually good

I didn't understand Glacier back when he was around, and I didn't see him as some glaring omission from any toyline. I can understand Glacier being toyetic, but I totally don't understand how Gilberg could be in any way toyetic. A skinny Goldberg, basically. 🤷 Don't get me wrong, it's just my opinion, but when I think of the possibilities in a resurrected BCA line, most of the names announced so far wouldn't even be in my top 100. Savage is obviously a great signing, as is Adam Bomb, as is Ultimo (despite the scale issue, but I'm being nitpicky) but these other names just don't do anything for me. I understand that it's not easy signing talent, but I hope there's gonna be more names that you could genuinely consider to be omissions from the BCA line, or any toyline, for that matter.

I get what you're saying. I think what they're trying to do is include guys in the line who were around when the original line was still active so they can be displayed with their figures. Gillberg would go good with AL snow since he was in the job squad. I think meanie was too but I'm not 100% sure.

I see it as guys that most who collected BCA would have loved to have as a kid. I loved the toys of guys like Kurgan and Droz despite not being into them on tv. To be fair I was excited anytime they releases someone new and was spoiled by parents who kept me up to date for the most part. I would have wanted everyone announced so far.

I didn't mind the Job Squad at the time, although I preferred Snow and Holly to guys like Gilberg. Yeah I think Meanie was with them.

It's probably just me, but when it came to BCA figures, I wanted guys who were around just before the line began, plus guys from other promotions. Obviously they're not going to be able to sign a lot of these guys, though. Guys like Glacier and Meanie etc just feel more like novelty items to me, but there are people out there who'll buy them. I'm just hoping to see some of the retro names in BCA form maybe, Hayabusa, Bulldog, Dynamite, Jay White, etc.

Honestly the only ones I never got to own were Razor and Diesel and that’s because I never saw them. If I were to start a loose BCA collection, I’d definitely be inclined to pick all these up though.

That first few lines were so difficult to get for me in the UK. I only knew they existed when I picked up a loose Shawn Michaels in green (one of my favourite figures) at a discount store where I'd picked up a MoC Scott Steiner Hasbro not even a few months before. I never saw Razor, I never even knew anyone who owned it, which was the same with the Hasbro version. I imagined that there were all kinds of guys from the Hasbro era in BCA form, lol. I'm excited for Savage and Bomb for those reasons, as both could've easily had a BCA if they'd stuck around a little longer. A 123 Kid BCA was a wish of mine as well, Hakushi, guys like that. A Sasuki BCA to go with Taka would be amazing. That's what's so good about the potential in this line, and likely why I've been a little disappointed with some of the reveals.

Glacier isn't really my cuppa tea.
But I'm not gonna be a completist on these anyway so just happy to get a new addition to the BC family!

Yo! We're still working hard in BCW land. I've said this a couple times but this is still the update we're getting from the factory -- they've had some trouble with the molds/figure production using the BCW 'tech'. The feature has taken some time to develop in addition to the 'feel' of the figures when it comes to the production side. We're told that after this is perfected, it won't take as much time for future releases. Currently, Meanie & Clark are in development, which means when Clark goes up for pre-order the wait will be shorter! Also, yes Glacier is getting his first action figure in Series 2

I think that's admirable the company aren't taking more money to sit on while they wait, that's cool with me.

Also in retrospect (and this is me wondering not a knock) but would you consider not having the mechanism because I have to think that’s a headache to sort or do you think it’s essential? I’m thinking all the retros which don’t have an action etc

We're looking to show it, along with our other prototypes for series 1 over the next month! That's something we're considering to cut the wait times with figures and it should bring down the cost of the figures for everyone. I think it was important to do for the launch of the line, but hearing overwhelmingly through feedback that while the mechanism is appreciated, its not a deal-breaker. Yeah! That sounds about right for Clark. Just to reiterate it should be a shorter window on this one as the molds have been in the works for a while!
