So, I had placed an order for the AEW accessory pack and the tag belt, both when they were on Pre-Order, NOT back order. The Accessory pack on my invoice says June, and the belt said late July. Since they have had the belts in stock for weeks now I was wondering why they were not shipping out my order. I shot them an email and the response I got was that one of the items I ordered was now on back-order, the accessory pack. I immediately responded asking why was my accessory pack not ready to ship when the belts arrived and the next email said that they had received only a small quantity of the accessory pack. I never got an email saying there would be a delay, or anything. I have now asked why I was then screwed over and my accessory pack sold on me instead of it being placed in a holding area in their warehouse so now I have to wait until September, when the way THEY run things apparently, the belts could sell out by then causing me to wait longer. The last email I sent I said it was not ok and that I'll take the belt now and just send me the accessory pack separate when it comes in next time. They should have to eat the shipping cost. It's their mistake.
What I don't understand is, had I ordered the accessory pack separately from the belt, I most likely would have gotten it. I'm just super frustrated. Is this a common thing with them?

In the past it felt that way. I remember being super angry over jakkd classic superstars series 8 and I pre ordered the set but didn't get it til the second wave, but they were selling them on ebay. What day did you buy the weapon pack, it may just be you ordered it later, and although it was pre ordered they just haven't got them all. Ringside has been good about sending out AEW in the order the orders were received. I love ringside though, if they for what ever reason just closed I'd be done collecting.

So a quick update, I got another email apologizing and that it would be shipping today. So I'm guessing they actually have some accessory packs set aside for exchanges and gave me one of those? Or the initial email was just a quick way out hoping I'd be ok with that answer. Either way I am happy to be getting them. I normally have no issues with Ringside but this one was a bit frustrating. If they would have shot me an email saying the accessory pack would be delayed that's one thing. To just keep people hanging is not alright.

Ringside Collectibles didn't vcf4850. vcf4850 screwed vcf4850.RSC has a really good track record with these sorts of things. It honestly sounds like a misunderstanding that they've gone and made good on.

Wee bit of a misunderstanding here I think....
They didn't 'sell your accessory pack'. They didn't get shipped enough to fulfill pre-orders. What you're suggesting they do is exactly what they do. Accessory Packs have never been 'in stock' on RSC. If the title is in stock currently, they've already set aside the amount to fulfill pre-orders, including yours.
Likewise, I don't really know how their order system tracks everything, but I expect it's probably beyond the database capabilities to search for everyone who ordered an accessory pack and copy all their emails to send out a mass email saying it's been delayed. Doing that manually would be a huge waste of time. That said I think it was mentioned somewhere (maybe on here) that those were essentially short-shipped and would be delayed. It is a pretty cool pack though, got mine a little while ago now.

Ringside did not "screw you over" nor do they do that to anyway. They were shorted their shipment and only have a small amount to fulfill. These were filled to the very first orders. Basically it's the same thing as a manufacturer delay. These things happen unfortunately, especially with the way things are right now. It is not a Ringside thing at all. This type of thing is happening everywhere right now. If you have any further questions you can call or email their CS. Thank you.
